We had the best trip and absolutely loved the house and location! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of space and privacy. Just an awesome trip, house, pool and location!

Clean and spacious house. Great location! Beautiful property. We dis have some issues with hot tub, however every time we called they had somebody there to fix it within an hour or two. Great communication. Highly recommend this property!

My family had the best time. It is so convenient that the house is located right across from the beach. It’s a short walk! Having a pool was nice as well for the days we didn’t want to go to the ocean. Beautiful, well stocked home! We would definitely stay again.

Great location to the beach, although on the main road that is what made it very convenient to the beach and the road was not loud. Wonderful place for multi family reunion.

Wonderful family vacation!!

We usually stay right on the beach so we’re a little concerned about being across the street, but it worked out great! It was easily accessible and convenient! The place was in beautiful condition And the management was very responsive!

Everything was great! Loved the property, pool, beach access, and the town. We stayed a month, and had a couple small issues. The management company was fast and efficient.

Wedding Party

It was GREAT!! Very clean and lots space and towels. It had a lower level for my Elderly sister. We were disappointed in the Hot Tub NOT heating . But we still enjoyed our Family time.

Family New Year

The house and location were perfect for our family of 20. We had a great time bonding together and yet space for us all to spread out for some down time.The only suggestion would be for the property mgr to have a list of things suggested to purchase while at the house.Some of the items maybe:TPPaper towelsDishwasher soapHand soaps - Bathrooms & kitchenLaundry soap & dryer sheetsTrash bagsWe had a great time and will be back :)

Great house!

House is great! So large with plenty of room for our 5 families that stayed. Maintenance and contact were very responsive for any issues we came across (nothing major). Had to call to get door code at check in as it was never sent in house details. House Had some conflicting signs about days of garbage pickup and such. But our contact had quick answers for us. Hot tub was tricky to figure out heat. We did pool heat but had to shut off midweek as it was too warm to enjoy. Overall would stay again!

Great location and home.

Home was great. Location was amazing. Really nice to get to the beach quickly and it was nice to be across from a restaurant. Wifi was down when we got there but we were able to get property manager to come out and resolve it quickly. Expect typical rental home pots and pans. All the non-stick pots and pans are all beat up. The bath towels were cheap and thin. I would recommend bringing your own towel. Lastly, the mattresses are covered with that plastic waterproof cover that makes you break out into cold night sweats.

Average Experience

Be aware that communication on this property comes from Love Rentals and not an individual owner. The communication was not great based on past VRBO rentals where I have communicated with the owner of the property directly. The Pool and Spa where heated however luke warm at best. With it being a Property Mgmt. group we found there to be limited amenities provided compared to a private home. The property itself is nice and the location is great, just be cautious of communication chain, pool/spa temp. and others.

However, we are sorry that your experience at the home did not meet your expectations. We asked you before your arrival if you wanted pool heat and did not receive a response. It is in our description that pool heat must be requested before arrival because it takes multiple days to turn it on and get the temperature up. We kindly suggest letting us know before arrival if you want pool heat. Nevertheless, we thank you for providing us with feedback as we are working to make improvements to provide an exceptional experience to our guests.
