Enjoy walkout access to the covered, screened-in porch off the living area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The main bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience.

The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, ideal for guests or children. Additionally, the loft space includes a queen bed, making it a versatile area for extra sleeping arrangements or a relaxing reading nook.

The condo has two full bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The bar/countertop area near the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stools, is perfect for casual dining or entertaining.

Guests staying at our property will have access to a range of fantastic amenities designed to enhance your vacation experience. You’ll have use of an attached garage to the unit, ensuring convenient and secure parking. Enjoy relaxing or taking a dip in the heated pool, or challenge friends and family to a match on the tennis court.

For those who love the water, take advantage of our private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts. The covered pavilion with BBQ grills is ideal for outdoor dining and gatherings. We also provide two bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings, as well as a beach umbrella and seven beach chairs for your comfort.
