This property was a mixed experience. The home layout was fine for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, open downstairs, small outdoor space. Would have like a larger home, but it worked. The negatives were mostly related to the age of the home. There were several maintenance issues that could have been addressed in advance of arrival, and even though the host was responsive, we declined to have the maintenance folks in and out during our stay. We asked for pool heat, but the system wasn't running upon arrival, so that was an easy refund. This is a townhome, not a detached home, which may not jump out from the pictures. So it's not as private as you may want.

Regarding the pool heat, once we were made aware that the system was not operating upon arrival, we identified that assistance from a third-party technician was required. Since the issue could not be resolved during the stay, we processed a refund for the pool heat charge after checkout. We always do our best to address concerns as quickly as possible and provide solutions when issues are reported. We also appreciate you mentioning our responsiveness. As you noted, we offered assistance with the minor maintenance items reported; however, you decided not to authorize maintenance access during your stay. Since access was declined, we were unable to inspect or complete those items during the stay, which also indicates that these minor items did not prevent you from enjoying the property. Huge beautiful house with pool

We loved this house! Great location with a beautiful view overlooking a pond. Close to universal and host is very friendly. Perfect sized pool and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. Our 13 year olds loved this house. Thank you

Good stay

Well located and in a quiet, pleasant area. Space worked well for us and kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a little tired and dated but was good value. Communication with host was quick and easy, and we did a later check-out for a small fee which was very helpful with a later flight home. Would stay again.

Short vacation stay

The townhouse was very comfortable and clean Lots of rooms with comfortable beds. Carpet was bit worn in high traffic areas but not unexpected. Lovely kitchen!

Perfect for small family

The villa was clean, the location is close to all of the stores. The only thing that was went bad was the last few days the WiFi went out and the children did not like that at all!

Family get away

Great property. The pool both at the home and the club house was wonderful. Communication with the host was very timely whenever we had a question. There were some basic amenities missing from the kitchen. But overall a nice place for families.

Stay

It was great for the stay and living wise and view of the neighborhood. But the patio door was hard to open and called maintenance they never showed up. Other then that the neighborhood was great. I would stay again.

Bella Vida Weekend Getaway

Truly a Great Experience! Visited family In Kissimmee and our first time in an AirB&B. House was immaculate and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. I had a question about the keypad code, I emailed at about 10:30 pm and the response was immediate. I really appreciated that. We will definitely return again.
