This 3BDR/3BA (2,107 sq ft | 195 sq m) penthouse is in one of the best locations in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen, literally 1 block from the famous 5th Avenue and 300 meters to one of the most popular beach clubs - Mamitas.
The main spaces of the condo:
- A sitting area with a flatscreen Smart TV with satellite and streaming services, and a cozy sofa for spending relaxing downtime between activities.
- There’s a breakfast bar in the kitchen to accommodate 3 comfortably and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- A stylish formal dining table that can seat 8 guests that want to enjoy a sit-down meal at home.
- An open, fully-equipped KITCHEN with all the appliances and cookware you’d need to prepare a meal at home – a great money saver or handy if you follow a special diet.

There’s so much to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You certainly won’t need a car if you just want to spend time in the center; you’re just a couple of blocks away from beach clubs like Coralina, Mamitas, Lido’s, and Zenzi.

Getting Around:
The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination is about 55 km or 34 miles. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive.
If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park from 10 am to 10 pm and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
