Easy access to pools and beach was great for me and the kids; I had teens and a 3-yr-old. All facilities were well kept and very nice. The beach was awesome; I loved the short boardwalk and the access to chairs/umbrellas.

We were a little sad two of the outdoor pools were closed, but it didn't stop our enjoyment of the property. Can't wait to come back. My only suggestion is to check the water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It was very low. Hope to be back soon.

Our only critique is that the recliners, the sofa and the occasional chairs are worn and not comfortable seating.Aronov property management is professional and friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 702C you can see the sunrise and the sunset easily from the balcony, beachy decor, modern kitchen well stocked. The master bed is firm, comfortable, and easily accessible to anyone 5' or taller. You can hear the Gulf of Mexico with the sliding door open sitting in the family room or the master bedroom. You have shopping and restaurants within a 5-minute distance. Straight and surface parking not a tower with hairpin turns. Direct beach access, indoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. On site Property Management when needed.

Our view from the balcony, the master, and the living room was just amazing! The unit was exceptionally clean, very well-stocked and seemed really homey! We loved that the unit was bright and colorful, and we loved all of the turtle decor throughout. We are from the Midwest, so when we travel to beach...We want to feel like we are in a beach resort! Thank you for a great week at our happy place!

The condo is very comfortable, clean, and had all the kitchen items we needed for the week. The view is amazing. Sea chase amenities are excellent especially for entertaining our 4 year old. She found lots of friends at the poop and beach each day. We highly recommend this condo and this area. The owner of the condo also called to make sure everything was satisfactory. She is very nice and seems to care about the experience of her guests. We will be back.

Ready to go back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again Seachase did not disappoint. We had an incredible time again this year. It is the perfect place for my family. We will forever be Seachase fans!!! No other place compares. The beach is quick access. With 5 pools onsite there was never a moment when the pools were overpopulated. The wait time for elevators minimal. 3 grocery stores within walking distance makes getting groceries a breeze. Check in is so simple. We actually got there before our check in and the office allowed us to hang out by the pool until our room was available. We had all we needed in our condo. The only inconvenience we had, which is minor, was there was not an ice maker in this condo like we had last year. Again... minor inconvenience. We just stocked up on several bags from the gas station across the street. Thank you Aronov/Seachase for helping me making wonderful memories with my family. We are grateful!!
