Newly renovated Coconut Cottage is a dream vacation home located one block to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria. Our ranch style single family home is the perfect beach retreat. Step inside and feel the beachy inspiration in the decor, with muted blues, greens and yellows and artistic touches throughout.

Your family will love the easy living design with a counter seating at the oversized kitchen island, a separate dining room with a table for six, and cozy living room with relaxing views and access to the backyard oasis.

Each of the three bedrooms features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door with access to the backyard and pool. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The highlight of the tropically landscaped backyard is the sparkling heated pool and spa surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. The backyard is sure to please with a 3-hole putting green, corn hole and outdoor shower. For outdoor dining at the patio table for six, a gas grill is provided.

Tote your beach chairs, umbrella and towels to the beach in the beach wagon. We've also included a cooler.

Coconut Cottage is located in Holmes Beach and is a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
