The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a griddle, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, microwave, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and utensils needed for meals at home. A kitchen bar seats four, and the large dining table welcomes group dinners and game nights.

The home includes two laundry areas - one near the kitchen and another full-size set in the garage - perfect for extended stays and beach days. High-speed WiFi, central A/C, and smart safety features ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.

Sleeping Arrangements
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, dual en suite bathrooms, and direct balcony access with private beach walkover. The second oceanfront room includes a queen bed, ensuite bath, and calming sea views. A third bedroom looks out over the Intracoastal and includes a queen bed, ensuite, and private balcony - ideal for watching the sunset.

Downstairs, the spacious bunk room includes two queen-over-queen bunk beds, a full bathroom with double vanities, and an additional powder room - a favorite setup for kids or groups.

Entertainment and Extras
There’s no shortage of ways to relax and reconnect. The private theater room features a 60" screen and four oversized reclining chairs - perfect for movie nights or game days. Just outside the main living area, a convertible game table can be used for poker or bumper pool and comes fully stocked with chips. The home also includes beach essentials, a BBQ grill, and an elevator that makes upper levels accessible to all.
