Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation and it fitted well for what we wanted to do - it was a 15-20 min drive to disney and about 40 mins to universal when we were there. Check in and check out were easy, the house was clean when we arrived, true to the description and photos and all the equioment we required for our stay was present. Windsor Island is a lovely resort and secure with 24hr security patrols and maned front gate to ensure those on site are allowed to be there. It was nice to have the option of our own small pool or the resort pool. The resort facilities are excellent, but the main pool can get busy at times. The only reason we knock a star off is that The houses are close together so if other rentals are having a party it can get noisy - this didnt bother us - the one night there was noise from the house behind us it stopped by 11:30 pm. On balance we would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area for a theme park holiday.

Great time at Windsor Island

I tenter the house for a family vacation. My two children had no difficulty accessing the gated community when they arrived as that was all prearranged through my booking. Windsor Island has lots of amenities included with your stay at no extra cost such as lazy river tubing, arcade and mini putt. The house was as described. Pool hear was pricey but necessary in March. I would definitely rent this place again

Florida vacation

This property was perfect for our family group of 8, and didn't disappoint. It was clean, well equipped and had room for everyone. Great pool area for cooling down after long days at the theme parks, and lovely communal pool area for the days we needed a rest. Perfect location for getting to the parks with shops and restaurants close by. We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful home.

Has potential for a better review.

Overall the house is as described. However the communication with management prior to our arrival was less than satisfactory and so was the cleanliness of the house. The main areas were tidy but overall the cleaning crew missed a lot. There was a dirty tin foil tray lid on top of the refrigerator, a clump of hair behind the toothbrush holder in the main level bedroom, the fire alarm was beeping due to a dead battery when we arrived, and there was some type of food in the corner on the bathroom floor that has clearly been there for a while. Besides all of that there was also issues with tiny spiders on the main level. In regards to the check in issues... we asked for an early check in time due to the fact that we were leaving our other hotel at 11am, they kept telling me all day that they were checking with the cleaning crew to see if we could come early. I never heard anything until 3:45, and at that point they told me that the previous guest was delayed checking out so the house wouldn't be ready for us until after 5pm. So not only were we unable to check in early. We weren't even allowed to check in at our expected time, then when we were finally able to get there i had to leave to get cleaning supplies in order to feel sanitary sleeping there. Overall if they were concerned with repeat customers I think the level of customer service could use some adjustments. Ive stayed at this resort once before (not this same house) but another house amongst the property and didnt have any issues. I am already planning another trip back but I am unsure if i would ever stay at one under this managment as of now.

Just Fabulous!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and a great location for us. Close to ESPN world wide center and lots of things to do in the area. We would most definitely rent this place again. Loved everything about it.
