Wonderful family friendly home close to Nauset Beach; one of Cape Cod's longest beaches for sunbathing, surfing and breathtaking sunrises.

The first floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, living room, full bathroom with shower, spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, master bedroom with king bed, window a/c unit, and private bathroom with shower. There is a bright sunroom which can be accessed from the kitchen/dining area or the great room and leads to a large deck and enclosed outdoor shower. The sunroom has a day bed that can be used as additional sleeping.

The second floor has two ample bedrooms, both with a queen bed, a twin bed, and window air conditioning unit. There is also a full bathroom with tub located between both bedrooms. A roll away bed is stored upstairs for additional sleeping.

Outdoors there are ample areas in the front and back yard for children to play. And the garage can be used to store your bikes and kayaks.

This house is located .7 miles from Nauset Beach on the ocean, 4.1 miles from Skaket Beach on the bay, 2.3 miles from Crystal Lake, 2.9 miles from Pilgrim Lake, and 2.4 miles from the center of Orleans.

Amenities include: wireless internet, 2 televisions with basic cable, air conditioning (1 portable unit in the living room and the great room, and window units in each bedroom), 5 portable fans, dishwasher, electric range, drip coffee maker, 1st floor washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor furniture including umbrella, and 5 beach chairs. Fireplace is not for tenant's use. Towels are provided and sheets are provided upon request. There is a $300 fee if linens and towels are not left cleaned.
