Sunridge G1 has seven steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet

access, and is not pet friendly. This premier unit sleeps four. Fourteen steps

up from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room with a flat-screen TV and

a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is not

available for use. There's a fully functional kitchen, and the dining room

seats four. The bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and one full bath.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In

the summer, you can relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains.

There is no gas grill available. This unit is ski-in/ski-out with on-trail

access, weather permitting, and shuttle service is also available. Parking is

guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with

plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.



All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball

courts only. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the resort's

main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

to sunny summer days, it is always the best time to plan a vacation to Seven

Springs. This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated

terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing

take a swing at the mini golf course, try your hand at axe throwing at the

Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the

summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
