The beautifully renovated 2-level heritage terrace is located right in the heart of the Rocks, Sydney`s oldest and most central neighbourhood. Stunningly beautiful, it is minutes from the Sydney central CBD, Harbour bridge, Circular Quay, the best of Sydney can offer.
This lovely heritage terrace has 4bedrooms, 1 of which are furnished with a queen-size bed. The other 1 bedroom contains 1 double-bed. The other 2 bedroom with a bunk bed. 3 bedrooms in the second floor. 2 bedroom with bunk bed have air-con.The other 2 bedroom in the first and second floor only have fan,no air-con.but have aircon in first floor. There is a sitting room, modern kitchen and dinning room for your comfort at the ground floor level. It has 1 full-size bathroom with toilet and shower. Half bath only have one toilet in the second floor.If your guest can’t use stairs.Don’t book our property.Because all bathroom in the second floor. Living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. European appliances including gas cooking and dishwasher. There is free unlimited wifi,full kitchen facilities, TV, hair dryer. Free use of laundry front load washer and dryer.

If you`re visiting for work, who cares about traffic or the bothers of public transport when it`s just an easy walk to & from the office!
We love this location - all of Sydney`s best is on our doorstep and it allows each day to be enjoyed fully. We hope your stay at the house can be equally enjoyable. The public transport network in Sydney is not great and taxis are expensive, so in this location we can live stress-free and take in all of the wonderful things that life in Sydney has to offer.

Public Transport
If you`re not much into walking,there is a bus stop 50 metres away with regular buses to the CBD,Town hall Station and Central Railway Station.Hailing a taxi from my front door is easy and takes no time at all for one to come past. To get to and from the airport there is the regular Airport Link train leaving from Circular Quay Station or a taxi takes about 30 mins(depending on traffic).If you required ,We also provide the service to pick you up at the airport on your arrival,and send you to the airport on your departure date.
Strictly no parties and loud noise that will disturb our neighbours. The entire property is strictly non-smoking and no pets please. Please ensure you keep the property neat and tidy. Kindly do not remove items from the property to use off the premises, e.g. towels are not to be used at the beach or at a swimming pool. Do not move or reconfigure the furniture so as to avoid hurting yourself and breaching safety regulations. The Host will not be held liable for any injuries or illnesses caused during your stay. All breakages will incur cost reimbursement.
