I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.
There would be only two considerations for you:
1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.
2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

We loved the luxurious feel of the house, and especially appreciated all of the small touches - no detail was overlooked. It was amazing to be so close to both the beach and the shops, our toddler was so excited to have an ice cream just a few minutes walk down the road. It meant that our trip had a true `holiday feel`, even though we were so close to Melbourne. Robyn and Dave were very responsive and helpful, and provided detailed information including a great guide for the house. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will be back for some more R&R.`

*We pride ourselve on being Children & Infant `Friendly` and provide a Highchair (Found in the laundry) and a Portable Cot (Stored in bedroom 3 wardrobe). ** IMPORTANT: Please bring your own cot linen and bedding.
*Portable Cot can fit in bedroom 3 when fully opened but fits much better in bedroom 2, if that is your preferrence.
*Main bathroom has a large bath tub as well as a shower, with a Private toilet is in it`s own separate room.
*Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
*Sofa in the `Den` pulls out to a Queen sized bed. Guests can make the sofa bed themselves when required. Linen and bedding for the sofa bed can be found on the top shelf of the Master bedroom walk-in wardrobe.
*Enjoy the outdoor breakfast Bar and outdoor dining on our spacious deck in the private backyard.
*Please leave the linen and bedding on the top shelf of the Master bedroom wardrobe for Guests requiring the Sofa bed in the `Den` to access.
*The Wardrobe in the `Den` is private, locked and not accessible to guests.
*One of the cupboards in the ensuite is private, locked and not accessible to guests.

*A portion of the laundry cupboard is private, locked and accessible only to the cleaners.

Superb location
Despite reams of instructions, we found the house easily, and from there everything went smoothly. The info in the house file is excellent. The location is excellent - walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. And across the highway is the beach! Highly recommend

This Property is located directly opposite beautiful Seaford Beach. You will feel at home immediately. There is an open plan living/lounge, a dining room & fully equipped modern kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, a Den (Bedroom 4), 2 bathrooms and a large back decking. The house has central ducted air-conditioning (heating & cooling) throughout with outlets in every room. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water in the backyard to wash sand off feet when returning from the beach. You can access this outdoor shower by opening the garage with your remote and accessing the backyard via a back door in the garage.
