In addition, Timber Fox has a community Hot tub, and firepit outside, for guests to enjoy!

Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed the clean, open, welcoming environments this place had to offer. Close to everything. We really appreciated the A/C!!! Unfortunately, the shower in the master did not produce hot water. We contacted company and they were responsive, but unfortunately it was not fixed in the time we were there. We had another bathroom but not optimal with 5 people.

Very nice modern condo, AC is nice in summer. Very close to everything downtown WP. Nice ammenities, quite clean and comfortable. We were a family of 3 and it was very comfortable for us. Love the view from the balcony.

Timber fox

Winter park escapes made it easy to rent from them. From check in to check out it was a breeze. The condo unit was really nice and had everything we needed. The indoor parking can only accommodate small vehicles so we had to park outside but there was availability every evening. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent in Winter Park and wanting to be near the town.

Fantastic

This stay was wonderful. The property is hard to beat, with great views, peaceful atmosphere, and very well equipped. This location is very walkable and allows great access to all the town of Winter Park has to offer. Working with Winter Park Escapes was so easy, from start to finish. Couldn't ask for a nicer, homier, condo. This place will not disappoint. Condo is absolutely beautiful. There isn't anything you need, it's fully stocked with the best of the best. You also get an amazing view. Beds are comfortable as well as couch. The hot tub is perfect temperature, just don't forget your robe. Definitely would love to come back!

The owner(s) of unit 1304 is/are super host,because the unit was stocked with all the essentials such as toilet paper, dish detergent, etc My family didn't have to rush out to the supermarket. I recommend adding privacy latches to the doors, and letting renters know that the underground garage only fit compact cars, and regular size trucks.
