Consider renting our delightful two-bedroom home, which features outstanding amenities, a spacious floor plan, and a lovely neighborhood. It is ideally situated near the lively downtown area of Winter Park and provides easy access to the resort and various outdoor activities via a brief shuttle ride.
The ground floor of the residence includes a large mudroom, offering ample storage and a designated space for outdoor gear, along with convenient access to the private patio, which includes an outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after engaging in outdoor activities.
The expansive open floor plan showcases a roomy living area, furnished with a large sofa and two recliners for maximum comfort. Connected to the living room is a kitchenette that seats four, creating an excellent space for socializing while preparing quick meals, snacks, and drinks, all while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and the flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to the main living area, there is an additional dining space that accommodates up to four guests, along with a newly renovated and spacious full kitchen equipped with all the necessary items to prepare a family meal.
