This amazing 3 Bedroom home is perfectly located on the beautiful snowy white beaches in Miramar Beach. Snowdirft offers amazing views from the living area and your massive wrap around deck. The large and open living room has features cathedral ceilings and has ample space for everyone in the family. Snowdrift's updated kitchen offers an eat-in bar and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen overlooks the dining area which easily seats six. Your Master Suite has a comfortable King size bed and its own private bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms offers a Queen sized bed while the other has two sets of twin bunk beds.

Northwest Florida is home to two distinctly different world-class beach vacation destinations. The first is Destin – filled with excitement, family attractions, shopping, dining, fishing, vibrant nightlife and, of course, white sand beaches. The other is South Walton – home to the same breathtaking beaches but with greater focus on the preservation of nature and with intentionally less development. Miramar Beach is positioned between Destin and South Walton, making it the ideal destination to experience the best of both worlds. While the draw of its neighbors is strong, visitors of Miramar Beach may choose not to leave this oasis. Perfectly situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay, fishermen and water sport enthusiasts will have plenty of options to indulge here. Off the water, guests will enjoy shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet mall – Silver Sands Premium Outlets. In addition to Silver Sands, other premier shopping and entertainment options include Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Fresh seafood eateries are scattered throughout Miramar Beach and the famed Scenic Gulf Drive offers several locations with exceptional beachfront dining.

Amazing location and awesome house

Being right on the beach was amazing and the house was perfectly situated for our family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is very comfortable and well-appointed. Management company is excellent.

A few issues-not resolved by Ocean Reef

We had several issues and I reported these issues on the third day of our 8 day stay and I was told they could not help me because I reported it at the end of my stay. The third day of out 8 day stay is not the end of my stay. 1. odor I had to track down for 3 days and finally found was mold growing on the lid of the trash can.2. unclean guest bathroom3. deck lights did not work, concerned us about being outside with the grill in the dark at night.4. one sliding door would not lock.5. dust and mold on bathroom wallNone of these issues were solved by Ocean Reef and I was not compensated for any of these problems. I was told I reported it at the end of my stay was their reason. The first day of our stay we arrived at 11pm due to a flight delay, so technically I reported it on our 2nd day of our 8 day stay.

Amazing!!!!

The views cannot be beat!!! This was the PERFECT getaway for my family of 6! Coffee every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean was simply amazing! The property was clean and very welcoming! Would 100% recommend this to others and hope to be able to come back and stay again!

Fall Getaway

Sweet little property sitting right on Miramar Beach. Saw dolphins nearly every day and even a wedding. LR furniture a bit uncomfortable but everything else was great.

Great house on the sand of Miramar

House has great views of the beach and of course easy access as you are directly on the beach. House is in a gated community and even though there is a public beach access right by the house, it's just for the surrounding community, not the general public.

Great house and so convenient to eating, Shopping and just steps from the beach!!! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses and fix the smell in the clothes washer.

Perfect in every way

From rental process (check in and check out) the process was easy. We even received reminders the evening before the 2 garbage pickups! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of nice bath towels (unusual!!). Highly recommend this property and Ocean Reef (mgmt co.)

Enjoyable

Needed a beach rental with everything on one level and this checked all the boxes. Check-in was a little confusing as it is automated and my separate rental agreement hadn’t gone thru. The included beach service could’ve been communicated better also. Small complaints for an otherwise throughly enjoyable week long stay. Would definitely stay again. Left behind a few extra rolls of tp for the next group.

Snowdrift weekend

We enjoyed our stay, house was great, could of used a sleeper sofa in the den. The room with the bunks is a little cramped for 4 people. The view is fabulous and so nice not to have to drag things down to beach when it is at your back door. The access to the neighborhood is a pain, because of the traffic light and traffic back-up. Other than that, wish we could of stayed for a month.

Amazing Views

We fell in love with this property based on the VRBO listing. It was incredibly gorgeous. We were not disappointed when we saw it with our own eyes. They property was equipped with everything we needed with the exception of toilet paper. There were 2 rolls for the entire stay, not to mention very cheap, small rolls. I know this may sound petty but we've never stayed in a VRBO where this was an issue. I called the management company and they told me they just provide 2 rolls so that guests can have a chance to buy their own. That is lame! This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental house. A guest shouldn't have to run out and buy toilet paper for the price of this rental. That is ridiculous!

Wonderful stay!

Such a treat to wake up with a beautiful view of the ocean! Perfect 3 night stay! Place was very clean and fully equipped with Everything you need. I emailed the property manager several times and the response was immediate. Well run property! Loved that they had 2 beach chairs included with the rental!

Lovely family beach stay!

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate my birthday with my spouse and children ages 10,8,5 and 2! The house was perfect amount of space for us and the proximity to the beach was the best!! The house has a lot of charm and you can see the love in some areas with more wear on the floors and cabinets. We would def rebook and recommend!

We love staying directly on the beach where we can see those in our party on the beach from the house. It’s plus when the house is simple awesome. Great place.

This is a beautiful house in a great location! The views are amazing from this house.

We loved the decor of this house. All of the bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated (they looked even better than the pictures on the website). Ocean Reef management was very responsive when we requested a Keurig coffee machine - a brand new machine was delivered the very next morning. They also attended to our repair request to fix a leak in the bathroom.
