Dolphin Watch has three floors, each boasting sweeping views of the gulf. The first floor hosts the main living area in addition to the kitchen, dining area, and back deck. The living room is beautifully appointed in chic decor and features a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, bench seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Dolphin Watch's spacious open floor plan allows guests to meander freely between the kitchen and the main living area, all while soaking in dazzling gulf views. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a trendy backsplash, and a breakfast bar seating three. Off the kitchen, there's a large farmhouse dining table with booth seating to accommodate large groups.

Upstairs, the second floor holds two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed, spectacular Gulf views, a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. In the ensuite, you'll find a gorgeous claw-foot bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a dual-sink vanity. Next door, the second bedroom features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, an amazing Gulf view, flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower with bench seating, a dual sink vanity, and a private water closet.

The third floor of Dolphin Watch holds a spacious loft with the remaining sleeping accommodations. The loft includes a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, desk and makeup area, gulf views, and an ensuite bathroom complete with soaking tub and handheld shower handle. This area is perfect for families or kids staying in the home.

Outside, Dolphin Watch features two spacious decks and private beach access. The decks are the perfect place for entertaining as they include a beach-level shade deck with a shower, picnic table, and chairs. On the main deck, there is an al-fresco dining table that seats four, a rocking chair, lounge chairs, and a grill area. Dolphin Watch's backyard is the beach! When it comes to private beach security, our options are limited. The erosion control line is a local ordinance that allows the public to traverse up and down the beach and set up chairs in front of the beach service. Our suggestion for a more private experience is to purchase beach service to extend the width of the property on the days you are interested, for $60 a set per day. Or to set up your own chairs early on the mornings you would like this. We do rent back pack chairs that are available to you on a weekly basis, but we can't keep them on site due to maintenance and upkeep.
