Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
Entering the archway living area is filled with a generous plush sectional facing the 65" wall-mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. The St. Louis Skyline frames the large wall welcoming you to our beautiful city.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the kitchen table set for four, and a highchair is available for the little ones.

This home offers two spacious bedrooms; each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

The house is ideally located in Tower Grove East between the beautiful parks and neighborhoods of Lafayette, Soulard, and Benton Park, with easy access to I-44, I-64/40, and I-55/70 to get to the Arch, City Museum, Forest Park/Zoo, Barnes/CWE, Cortex, Busch Stadium, Fox Theater, St. Louis U, The Grove, Cherokee Street, Tower Grove, Peabody Opera House and more all within 5-10 minutes.

Tower Grove East is a quiet neighborhood anchored by the internationally renowned Tower Grove Park. Take a walk through the neighborhood and enjoy the century-old architecture and the beautiful gardens.

When it's time to eat, we have some incredible options nearby! Head over to the affordable James Beard-nominated "Lona's Lil Eats for lighter fare." This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

Family get away

The house is a great size for a small group. It is very clean and well stocked with supplies. The house is very cozy and well decorated. I had my 2 teen girls with me and they loved the place. You know, teen girls are had to impress.

Charming and centrally located

Charming and cozy place. Nicely decorated. Centrally located and close to many St. Louis attractions.The place was generally clean, but it could use a little more attention to details. We came across wrappers under the bed, dry food crumbs on the kitchen wall and around the living room lamp base, crumbs on the couch, spider web behind bedroom door and above the shower.Overall it was good and we would stay at this property again.

Nice property. Front of property parking can be sketchy depending on the time, but there is parking in back for 2 vehicles also. Wifi strong. Patio table with chairs out back good. Good stay, owners answered messages quickly. Both beds firm, but comfortable.

Wonderful!

The townhouse was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time ever staying in a VRBO and it has set the bar for future experiences. Everything was wonderful! Convenient location. Close enough to enjoy all St. Louis has to offer without being downtown. We will certainly plan to stay again the next time we come to St. Louis.

Nice property, as described.

Responsive management, apt very well supplied, clean, and nicely decorated. Quality bed and linens, towels, etc. The neighborhood is quieter and easy parking, just not an area with cute shops to walk to, etc but a short drive to many great areas. Recommended.

Quiet neighborhood, close to the ball park

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our group came to watch a Cardinal’s game. The parking spot behind the property was very convenient, we were a short drive from Busch stadium, we all slept very well on the cozy beds, and it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. Would recommend!

Love this place!

This place was absolutely perfect and the owners were awesome! They answered any and all questions we had pretty quickly and were ready to fix any problems we might have encountered. We had no troubles and loved staying. The beds were so very comfortable! I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!
