Located in the heart of Soulard, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, laid out in the early 19th Century just south of what was the original core of St. Louis. Only 5 minutes from downtown, it's close to most major STL attractions. The neighborhood is very safe and visually stunning if you enjoy old architecture. Perhaps best known for being the home to the 2nd largest Mardi Gras behind New Orleans, it is also a walkable neighborhood with a vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene.

Great lodging in Soulard

Nice location within walking distance to local establishments for food and beverages. Fairly quiet during midweek. Near the Soulard market, unfortunately the only venders open on Wed-Thur are the permanent shops in the center. Loved the Spice store and the Protagonist Cafe

Fantastic home location

The home was perfect and provided space for us to relax. The Soulard neighborhood is fantastic with lots of coffee and food locations in short walking distance.

My family of 5 needed a place to stay for one night short notice and this absolutely met our needs. Comfortable unit and location. Much more comfortable than a local hotel. Would recommend.

Location, location, location

This was the perfect rental for my wife and I for our weekend visit to St. Louis. The property was clean, had everything you could need for a weekend stay or an entire week. The location is amazing! walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Plenty of free parking right in front of the residence. The owner, Joe is very friendly, welcoming and excellent communication. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the St. Louis area. It will definitely be using it on our next trip back!

Amazing Location

We had stayed in other locations owned by Joe so we knew it would be great. Every need thoughtfully remembered. This apartment is in a prime location! Walkable to bars, restaurants, and a great coffee shop. We had no issue parking on the street (except during a bar crawl & even then only had to park a half block away). Comfortable beds & a great set up for friends or families. We WILL stay here again!

Swanky Soulard property

The propert was nice, it looked just like the pictures. The home was clean and well stocked. The king bed was comfortable. One plus is the bedroom had blackout curtains which I appreciated. Most rentals don't have blackout curtains. The property is located right off the expressway and was easy to locate. I was worried about parking since it was street parking only. There was an ample amount of parking available, even at night. The host was commutative throughout my stay and even checked to see if there was anything I needed. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Unfortunately, it was loud at night from people leaving the bar. The neighborhood felt say day and night. I would stay at this property again.

Cool Historic Townhouse

This is a really neat townhouse. Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We felt safe walking at night. Take a walk around during the day too and check out the historic neighborhood. The fans/lights seem to have a mind of their own as they would turn on and off randomly, maybe the neighbors have the same remote. The downside is there is a bar at the end of the building (open Friday/Saturday) which isn’t loud itself but the drunks bar hopping was absolutely terrible. From about 8pm-2/3am was constant loud talking, yelling, and screaming as groups of people walked up and down the streets. Cars driving down the street holding their horns, cars with very loud music going by, car alarms. It was wild. Thankfully the kids slept like rocks but we had a rough 2 nights ourselves. No amount of sound machines or box fans could drowned out that noise. Thursday wasn’t a problem with noise at all as the bar was closed. I would stay again but definitely not on a Friday or Saturday. The host was great and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. If nightlife is your thing then this is the place on a Friday or Saturday night.

The Arch

Location was great for our visit to see the Arch. It was a easy drive to the Park and other offerings. The kitchen area is quite small but usable. TV and internet were very good. The neighbor hood was lively a couple of nights with many people enjoying the activities. Parking was easy and convenient. There was no sign of problems surrounding areas, just friendly people having a good time.

This was a fun location to be at. We could walk to all the bars and restaurants and even to the Budweiser Brewery. Our host Joe was also great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Joe is great with communicating and is helpful and responsive. Every landmark that we wanted to see was within 5 min. There are a few breakfast places that you can walk to. This was everything we wanted and needed for our St Louis visit.

Great place!

This place was perfect for my family! The location was close to everything we did and we did it ALL! Nothing was more than a 15 min drive. Parking was very easy and accessible during the week. We only had an issue(and it wasn’t even a big deal) with parking on Friday night. We were still able to find a spot like 50 yards away. We tried the Epic pizza place our first night and it was so good my kids requested it again on our last night. The place was very clean and the perfect size for my family. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. It had phone charging stands which was nice. There was also coffee pods which I very much appreciated. Joe even reached out during our week stay or make sure we had everything we needed. We also arrived about an hour early and I messaged him and he was able to fix it so we could go ahead and get in. Overall, it was a great week and great place to stay! I would highly recommend!

Me, my husband, and our 15 and 8 year old stayed at this property. It was a perfect space for us and had everything we needed for our trip. The place was clean and close to local bars, restaurants, and major attractions. We ate at Mission Taco and had coffee at The Protagonist cafe right down the street. Lovely Townhouse

This is a clean and convenient townhouse in a great neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The host gave recommendations for restaurants, which were both within walking distance and had excellent food. We were just 20 minutes from the downtown attractions. We are already planning to return! Great stay!

Great stay!

We came to St. Louis to visit Busch Stadium and this Soulard location was perfect! Loved the historic vibe of the neighborhood and the condo. Joe is a wonderful host (great communication & seamless check-in/out process) & his place was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed Bogart’s BBQ around the corner and beautiful Busch Stadium is a must see for baseball fans! We’re only sorry we couldn’t stay longer!
