As soon as you arrive, you will be impressed with its vast, well-kept lawn and lush greenery surrounding the property. The stunning house is in the centre, with an impressive heated swimming pool on the side. The pool has been specially designed to be heated at all times by a Remco Swimjet, which creates a strong current and an underwater stream. The pool is right next to a deck with outdoor furniture and an elegant living area. You can lounge and rest after swimming or prepare a fun brunch by the pool. It's also great to socialise and bond over BBQ and drinks.

You'll feel at ease and want to lounge around all day in the first living room. It's cosy and inviting, with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a modern fireplace, and ducted air conditioning. There’s also a second, more private living room with clerestory windows and comfy couches. There is also a small nook by a large window where you can read a book while admiring the scenery.

The dining area and an upscale full kitchen are just next to the living room. Its gourmet kitchen has all the modern amenities and equipment you need to prepare a feast.
