Bienvenue à WaterHouse 401! Ne cherchez plus pour votre rêve de vacances ultime! Ce magnifique condo de trois chambres est à quelques pas du golfe du Mexique et situé entre Rosemary et Seaside. WH401 a une vue imprenable dès que vous entrez dans la maison! Ce condo est conçu avec goût d'un mobilier haut de gamme aux appareils haut de gamme et un grand balcon donnant sur 30A. Ce condo de trois chambres dispose d'une suite parentale de luxe avec une baignoire à jets, une cuisine gastronomique, deux chambres d'hôtes avec une salle de bain privée et une salle de bain individuelle, et une télévision à écran plat. Rassemblez-vous sur le grand balcon meublé doté de grandes fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique. Le complexe WaterHouse se compose de quatre étages avec une piscine sur le toit et un spa avec deux barbecues communautaires, ainsi qu'un centre de fitness privé sur place et une douche extérieure.

Great view & location. WiFi is slow, outlets in guest bathrooms that do not work, & could use a deep cleaning (doors, walls, windows, carpet), but great place overall.

Check-in went very smoothly. We also had some questions we asked via the messages in the VRBO app and they were answered so quickly! The rooms and kitchen were beautiful with a good view of the gulf. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook. We used many of the amenities including the gym, sauna, pool and grill. We truly enjoyed having the restaurant for coffee and happy hour, and the locally made popsicles! We loved being able to bike to Aly's Beach and The Beachy Bean for coffee. The beach access was so close and very easy. If you don't want to pay for the beach service, there is also a public access a couple blocks down the road as well! It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

The pool is down the hall and includes a hot tub. My only complaint is that the beach chairs were taken up every day around 4 pm, which was too early, especially over the weekend.

The living room area was large enough for family gatherings and the large deck was great for having our morning coffee to start the day. The large kitchen/bar worked well for making meals and the large dining table was perfect for family meals together! The close access to the boardwalk to the beach and beach chair set up made our beach days fun and easy. Waterhouse 401 is a great place to stay for our extended family of eight to have “the best vacation ever.”

Good Location, Property and Condo Need Some Work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this area, and have stayed in this location multiple times. However, the condo we stayed in needs some upgrades. We love the interior and view, but we had ants on the first day and it took four days for maintenance to come address it. There were several household items missing (cups, plates, etc.) and the grill at the pool area didn't have any grill tools to clean the grates before use, so I had to get creative. We had a nice stay, but for the money we expected a better experience.

Great time at 401

We had a few questions and every time we contacted royal destinations they were very quick to respond, both by text and phone call. Maintenance was very friendly as well. The beach chair and umbrella setup included in the rental was a huge bonus for us. This is what convinced us to try this condo vs a house we normally rent on pantina blvd. Two of the boys (18) rode the bikes every day. They really enjoyed going to the big chill to eat and shop.We truly had the best time here and are looking forward to coming back again next year.

This condo is in the perfect location, right across the street from the beach. Only a couple of miles from the shops and restaraunts at Seacrest, Rosemary or The Hub (cool outdoor place with shops, entertainment, and several dining choices). It has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. It has a huge balcony balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We loved watching the sunsets from the amazing roof top pool! We are frequent visitors to the 30a area and Royal Destinations far exceeds any rental agency we have used. We will definitely be using them again!

The rental was very large but needs some maintenance. The walls are very distressed. The door jame was rough and fell off . The freezer defrosted our food twice and didn't make ice. The porch wasn't clean there was food all over the ground. The master shower had mold in the grout .. Customer Service with a Royal Destinations was quick/friendly and we appreciate that !!

NICE BUT NO DRAPERIES

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I appreciate that the unit had been freshly painted, the draperies in the master with the water view and in a second bedroom were not re-installed, yet the rods were lying on the floor. Since the unit is on 30A, there was noise from traffic, lack of privacy and the outside lights from the condos across the street were visible all night. When we called we were told the the drapes would be installed on Sunday. No one came. I called on Monday and temporary white flimsy paper shades with no ability to move were put up. Apparently the hardware for the draperies was misplaced. Since management didn't didn't solve the problem, I feel some compensation would be appropriate. Also the furniture on the deck needs to be re-finished, so we didn't eat our meals on the deck.

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Waterhouse 401. The condo was in a great location and was very comfortable, with a lot of space to entertain guests. The open kitchen with a huge island and the large outside patio space (with a partial ocean view) was perfect for entertaining. And the furniture and decor had been updated since the pictures were taken. Even better than the pictures!! Our only notes are that the unit needs a broom and dustpan. With all of the sand that got tracked in, the provided sweeper just did not do a good enough job. I almost bought one, but forgot and didn't want to go back to Publix. Also, a nice touch would be to provide a starter salt and pepper shaker and coffee creamer/sugar. Finally, the dishwasher doesn't seem to be bolted into the cabinet. It worked great, but it felt like it was going to fall forward, so that seems like something you would want to fix to extend its' life. And the complex grills on the 4th floor by the pool did not work. The management company was very responsive to the two minor issues we had. Within minutes, they were there, which was unexpected and very appreciated.

It makes us SO happy to read reviews like this! Yes we are trying to finish updating living room and kitchen appliances before we take our final pictures. We will be taking broom and dustpan to unit. I will be emailing there HOA manager today to find out why the grills aren't working. We try and fix anything we can to make your stay more enjoyable. It is such a great location with a workout room and roof top pool. Glad you had a great time and hope you come back again to see what's new later this year or next year. It

Waterhouse 401

We love having beach chairs and an umbrella coming with our rental so we only have to rent one set. The living area is very lovely and the kitchen is great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (couple with 2 young daughters and our nanny) stayed here 10 nights in May 2021. We all loved the condo setup, location 200 yards from the beach, rooftop pool & hot tub. Perfect location just out of the busy areas, we could walk or ride the bikes (included) a little more than 1 mile to either Alys Beach or The Hub (food & shopping).Brice and his brother own the beach chair/umbrella company on the beach and have your spot ready & waiting every morning. They are super nice!Royal Destinations was excellent as well and quickly responded to every request we had. The condo has comfortable beds & bedding, plenty of hot water & A/C, lots of room for a small group. Our last 3 nights we had another couple come join us so we had 5 adults and our 2 little girls - with enough room to still be comfortable. The full-size washer & dryer in our unit helped a lot while we were there.Being beach towels...the only thing missing in the condo unit rental was a hot pads for getting things out of the oven and a dish towel in the kitchen.We’ll be back and loved this Penthouse condo and 30a!!!Be sure to bring beach towels

Waterhouse 401

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was beautifully decorated but with very limited kitchen utensils( except cutting knives), equipment an d silverware. The microwave probably needs repair- the table inside often did not turn and caused items to overcook. There are drawers in refrigerator broken. These items did not take away from our wonderful stay and loved seeing the ocean from our condo. It was basically very clean except for sheets for sofa bed and porch area. The shower liner in bath needs to be replaced with one that doesn’t attach to your body when showering. I mentioned this several years ago. We loved the setup of the condo and having had rental property before these items mentioned that need attention will make this condo 100 per cent perfect. Also, we needed mats for the table which helps to protect it as well.. Shaun an d his brother do an excellent job with the umbrellas and chairs.. see you next year!! We are older and going up and down all those steps is hard but not sure what the solution is..

This is a top floor location at Waterhouse where you have amazing views and the ability to enjoy the sunset every night of your stay!
