Beautiful condo in a great location!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we loved it even more this time. The place is so clean and has plenty of room for our family of 5. And, it is so easy to get answers to questions. The owners are amazing. Can't wait to go back.

We will absolutely be returning!

This is my third time staying at the origin, but my first time with this lister. I love my experience everytime, but this host went above and beyond and made everything so seamless! If anyone reads this, take my advice and book the trip! You won’t regret it!!

Online description was exactly how we found the property.

The property was exactly as pictured and described. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and great access to the beach as well as all restaurants and shopping. Pool area is beautiful and we appreciated how the facility did frequent checks to make sure you were a guest of the property. We would stay at this condo again when we return to PCB.

Spacious and convenient location

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Close to the beach, just a short walk across the street. Next to Sharky’s and a 20 minute walk to Pier Park.

Bright and Cheerful

Two hugh windows overlook the waterfront, adding a visual treasure to this fully furnished condo; and the booking agents offer quick results on any problems that arise. Definitely worth the stay.

Don't Hesitate

This CONDO was MORE than I expected or even imagine. Spacious, clean, AWESOME VIEWS. It's conveniently located to eateries and the AMAZING BEACH. We are currently trying to figure out when we can make it back.

The highlights of our time in Florida…relaxation and meeting new friends

Our condo more than met our expectations. It had a beautiful view of the Gulf, had a huge pool for walking and swimming and had a nice gym with up to date equipment. The staff of premium beach condos were very friendly and available for any problems. I would recommend them any time.

Beautiful view

Condo was clean and had all amenities that were advertising. The view from the balcony is beautiful! It was easy to check in, unload, and park. Check out process was easy and simple. Getting in touch with the owner was simple and they were very pleasant. The only complaint we had was the bed in 901 was uncomfortable but overall it was an amazing condo.

Amazing vacation!!!!

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. There was plenty of room in our condo to move around and keep 3 teenagers and a 10 year old entertained! The condo was as advertised and Jenny was super easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The beach is an easy walk across the street. The pool is heated and absolutely amazing!!!! The views are beautiful. The condo was clean, stocked with what was advertised, and very easy to find. 10/10, we will return.

Do not recommend !!!!

Luckily we are here with our kids and good company . If we was by ourselves at this condo I would probably left with a refund !! I DO NOT recommend this place at all !!! Kids are not aloud to play with floats Not allowed coolers by the pool No drinks of ANYKIND 5 feet by the pool Kids not allowed to play with beach toys (Some) staff are extremely rude ! Spent most of the time with the pool being power washed and fumes and limited seating ! It’s literally like a prison ! They walked around and watched everyone and everything . Not relaxing at all . I could go on and on and how disappointed we are ! Literally the worst place I’ve EVER stayed !!!! 👎👎👎👎👎

This was my 15th straight year staying at Origin. Love the place because of its location. Multiple eating places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are within walking distance. Great views off the balcony for the July 4th firework show. Take the time to go eat at Dat Cajun Place. You wont regret it. This was the first year I have had this many issues at the resort. Mainly because of the dog that belongs to the people who own the condo in 903. It barks non stop and lunged at my 4 year old nephew and at me. The owner of the dog said "He just gets over stimulated when people are around." Its a resort. At the beach. On the week of the 4th. When are people NOT around?? 901 will be upgraded once that dog in 903 dies. It was an everyday thing with that dog. I also killed a few roaches (6-9) in the bedrooms. We had a great time overall on our trip but just having to deal with unneeded things kind of added stress to a beach trip which is always thought to be a stressless place. Be sure sure to look over the pool and balcony rules because they are strictly enforced. I will be coming back to origin but wont be staying in that room again (because of the dog).

Try to avoid Origin, if at all possible.

The condos themselves were as pictured. They were nice and very clean. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond. Unfortunately, that was the only positives about staying at Origin. The staff here, are all very unpleasant, and very unhelpful, especially security. It seems that security’s job, at Origin, is to harass people. Second, parking is horrendous. We were told that we could have two vehicles. One vehicle permitted to park in the parking garage, with the other parking in the overflow lot. This was not true for most of the stay. Both vehicles were parked in the overflow lot for most of our trip, due to there not being enough parking spaces in the main garage. This wouldn’t be a problem, accept you are not allowed to park at the entrance to unload baggage, etc. In fact, there is no where to unload at Origin. You may only unload from the spot that you are parked in, in the main garage. Once again, there’s not enough parking in the main garage. I was forced to unload all luggage from the over flow lot and hand carry it all by hand to the condo. The same with all groceries and supplies. This is not a short walk. There were other major issues with security, but there is no room to list them here. Please believe the negative reviews about Origin. The people saying that people leaving negative reviews, just don’t like following rules, is complete garbage. I’ve stayed at dozens of condos in PCB over the years. This is the first negative experience that I’ve ever had.

Two for One!

This gem is a special find! Two beautiful one bedroom suites combined into one 2-bedroom suite, just by opening a door! One of the one bedroom suites has a regular kitchen and a corner balcony with a direct, unobstructed view of the gulf. The second has a small kitchenette with a gulf front window. When you open the door to connect them both, you have a fabulous corner, gulf front unit with two master suites! This is perfect for two couples that are traveling together :) You can also book each of the condos separately, but if you want them both, you can save some money by booking them together! Sharkey's is also right across the street! So convenient to have a great restaurant nearby.
