The Space:

*The photos show the unit "type" that you'll be staying in. There are 5 units of the same layout with slight differences in decor between each one.



This 520 sq ft apartment keeps it simple and sleek with clean lines and smart design. Here's what you're getting:

▪️Living Room: Bright and open with a sofa that converts to a queen bed (hello, extra sleep space) plus another TV with cable.

▪️Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen and a high-top table that seats 4 when you're cooking at home.

▪️Bathroom: Modern setup with a spacious walk-in shower and great lighting.

▪️Balcony: Your private outdoor space with downtown views.

▪️In-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi, fresh linens, towels, and cable—all included.



BUILDING AMENITIES

The complex runs hotel-style with serious perks: pool, hot tub, gym, coworking space, on-site restaurant, and a grab-and-go café in the lobby. Lively vibe with music and events, but still chill when you need it. Kids are welcome.

Downtown Miami means you're surrounded by shopping, cultural spots, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether you're exploring art districts, hitting the beach, or just wandering around, you're in the middle of it all.



Getting Around:

Downtown Miami is super walkable, so you can hit up nearby spots on foot. For everything else, ride-shares (Uber/Lyft) are everywhere and cheap. The Metromover is free and runs through downtown if you want to explore without dealing with traffic.



Metrorail connects you to broader Miami when you're venturing further out.



Renting a car works if you're planning beach days or want flexibility. Most guests don't need one and parking is expensive. The city's easy to navigate however you roll.



Other Things to Note:

The property uses a virtual key to lock & unlock the door from your phone. It's important that you download the app onto your phone before your arrival using the link in the email we'll send once you've booked.



Please note that although there is a hotel operating in the same building, the private residences are located on a separate floor from the hotel. Some amenities, however, are shared with hotel guests.



Valet parking is not available onsite.



We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished, when you run out you’ll need to purchase more.



All guests and residents will need to collect towels for the gym and the pool with the pool bar staff. The person picking up the towels will need to provide information on unit # and name and sign off on the towels. Guests may provide an id or digital key in order to confirm this information. All towels must be returned directly to the pool bar staff and sign the log confirming # of towels being returned. Anyone not returning pool towels will be charged $25 per missing towel.



Cooking oil will be provided, but we do not supply food or cooking condiments such as salt, pepper, sugar, or coffee. If you plan to cook during your stay, these items can be easily purchased at a nearby supermarket.



We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability.



The rate for mid-stay cleaning is $100. This service includes fresh linens, refreshing the apartment, trash disposal, and partial amenities restocking.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are security cameras outside the perimeter of the apartment complex, for guest safety only.



The building features a shared Wi-Fi network. Each unit has its own password, but the network is still shared among all residents.



The living room is equipped with cable TV. In the bedroom, you'll find a Google Chromecast, which allows guests to mirror their devices to the screen.



Linens are provided for your stay. Each guest included in the reservation will receive a set of towels. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional detergent, as we only supply two detergent pods per stay.



The small private balcony, with a partial ocean and city view, is not suitable for chairs or a table but is large enough to stand and enjoy the view.



Pet Policy:

- Pets are not allowed

-Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are accepted, subject to a $100 Pet Fee.

- Service dogs, as per the policy and procedure outlines, are welcome..

- Any guest coming to the building with any type of animal must advise the host prior to the check-in date/time, as animals may be subject to registration with condo management.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional $70 cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- There's a trashed apartment fee of $100 for deep cleaning if the property is left in bad condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

A very warm stay in an unusually cold Miami!

The apartment was extremely well maintained and all the appliances are relatively new. It is a cosy setup and very conveniently located across from the metro line that takes you into Brickell. The WiFi is strong and reliable!

Short Stay (relocation to Miami)

I had a great 1 months stay, the apartment is clean, minimalistic with lovely furnishings. Access to gym, pool and onsite restaurant is a bonus. The communication from the team was the highlight and any queries or requests I had were dealt with promptly. Highly recommend :)

Great property, great location

Loved the place and its location. Only downside was the communication with the host/manager. It’s all automated and electronic only. Getting a live conversation was very very hard.
