Amazing location

We loved the location! For a 2 bedroom apartment it was very spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We loved staying at the Palms apartment in Byron Bay. The location was perfect being close to town, across the road from the beach and short walk to thel ighthouse.

Great location!

I would stay here again for sure just note there is no AC in the living area which was not great for the hot and humid days but the location was worth it.

Home away from Home

Beautiful property, everything you need is there including beach towels. Walking distance to the town ship and up to the lighthouse. Across the road to the beach for a stroll or swim. No need for a car unless you're venturing out of town. Ten out of Ten for a perfect stay. Thank you :)

Amazing Location

Main living space of the apartment is really good, balcony with ocean views was fantastic, but second bedroom with the twin bed was impossibly small. Our son ended up sleeping on the couch because there wasn't enough room for 3 people in there. Also, apartment smelled musty and would benefit from an update. You are absolutely paying for the location which is spectacular.

All went well. but the shower recess off the main bedroom need something done to it. dried on soap and use has left it looking unsightly. you need to get some desolating onto it. Also I would have liked some place mats for the table. also a few more wine glasses. only 2 we could find. lots of champagne smaller bows maybe.

Amazing location, great apartment, everything you need

The unit was in a great location, across from the beach with a short stroll to restaurants and bars. The apartment was surprisingly well stocked with essentials and clean. We would definitely stay there again. The only things that need a bit of extra care are the outdoor table needs a bit of TLC as it is very weathered and the couch covers a bit dirty but very comfy but these are very minor things that did not take away from our enjoyment of the apartment and lovely Byron. I did ring to find out if we could get access to early checking by an hour and although I was told someone would get back to me, no-one did. I had to then ring to get the security code for the key at 2pm as no-one had contacted me.

No second key was available despite all the documentation saying there was a second set of keys. The WiFi instructions were incorrect, so it took a while to sort that out.
