The Space:
This modern studio with a private balcony is ideal for a couple or three people wanting a simple yet stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean. You’ll be situated right on 5th Ave just 3 blocks away from the start of the commercial area (on the north end at 46th St. | CTM Ave.) This area is a local and tourist favorite and you’ll be just steps from the beach at Coco Beach.
The studio consists of:
- a smartly-designed space with a plush double/full bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- a private balcony overlooking 5th Av. with seating for a coffee, to work on a laptop, or enjoy a meal alfresco.
- a well-equipped kitchen with the essentials and cookware needed to prepare a simple meal at home. A great money saver!
- a breakfast bar with two stools.
- two chairs for relaxing at home; one is a single sofa bed that you can use as a flexible sleep space or for a 3rd person.
- a full and modern bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower.
Guests also have access to the rooftop infinity pool and lounge area at the building, which features sun loungers, umbrellas for shade, sofa seating, a bar/wet bar area, and of course, incredible ocean views!

You’ll be just steps from Coco Beach and beach clubs like Mandarino, Martina, and a bit further south are Coralina and Mamitas Beach Clubs. These are great spots to spend the day soaking in the sun and having fun! Or stroll down 5th Avenue lined with restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the rooftop pool and lounge areas.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the SOUL condo complex on the north end of 5th Avenue in the Colosio, at the border of Colosio and Zazil-ha neighborhoods. It’s a fantastic new spot on 5th Ave, quieter than downtown with a lot of new cute mom-and-pop shops, cafes, and up-and-coming local-fave restaurants!
- You’ll be right on 5th Avenue, just north of Av CTM with Coco Beach just steps away!
- Nearby vibrant shopping malls Quinta Alégria & the Shops at Calle Corazón w/retail shops & restaurants
- Walmart is within a short drive, taxi ride, or nice walk (2.1 km | 1.3 mi) from the condo

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.5 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located at SOUL Condos. There’s no parking on the premises. Luckily, the complex is in a location where you can really walk to most places in town or rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to get to where you need to go.
In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.
As of March 2024, the nearby 52 Street North is currently parking meter free.

Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located approximately 6 or 7 meters away from the building, at the corner of 50th Street North, half a block away. It is presently in the structural phase. This may result in potential noise from drills, hammers, and other equipment. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
There is no daily cleaning but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned for an additional charge, just please let us know in advance.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to enter the building via the digital keypad and then at the condo door, a lockbox is there to retrieve the keys. The access codes will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
