Pleasant Stay

Friends Getaway

This was the petfect place for a friends getaway. It was clean, spacious and close but not too close to activities and resturants. Loved our stay.

Beavers Bend Cabin

Wonderful location, very quiet. Great for family with small children. Only negative… We are a family that can’t sleep without tv at night and property manager had no solution to fix tv remote in bedroom. Lack of sleep entire stay made it difficult to enjoy overall.

Exactly what I was looking for. A few minor problems upon arrival, but the team was quick to respond and took care of our concerns promptly and in a friendly manner. I would stay at this cabin again.

The cabin was well kept and the area was quiet in the evenings which is exactly what we were looking for! Perfectly located just minutes from town. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Relaxing Weekend

The Cabin was very nice and clean the area is quite, the driveway was large enough for our boat. We would recommend this cabin and definitely consider staying here again.

Memorial Week 2024!

We had a great memorial week staying at the Beaver Crossing Cabin! Location of the cabin is perfect and is close to everything you’d want to do in town! The cabin feels very private set back off the road and surrounded by trees. Loved the view of the little creek from the patio. Had our boat and it was a simple drive to the marina! Thanks so much, we’ll be back for sure!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time. The size of 2 bedroom & 2 bath was perfect. One of the showers was a walk-in for accessibility. The beds were soft & the kitchen was perfect. All ages had a great time & a great place to make some memories. Only warning was the way GPS took us to get there was not the easy way, look ahead at the map to find the closer (and paved) way.

Happy Get-A way

We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday away from the city. It was a perfect and clean cabin getaway and the location was the best for easy access to all our favorite places in Hochatown. It was spacious and the coffee station was a plus to have. We enjoyed the hot tub and early morning sounds of bird chatter…it was very peaceful. Thank you and wish you all the best!

Beautiful cabin

We loved this cabin. Beautiful lot and beautiful cabin. Felt secluded. Location could not have been better. Asphalt road access. Indoors was perfect for us and our one year old grandchild. Back deck was incredible for the adults but not for crawling/first steps one year old! We saw a doe and her spotted fawn feeding on the grounds. We highly recommend this cabin for all ages!

Great getaway

The cabin & hot tub were very clean. Huge, covered deck, completely surrounded by woods to where you can't see the other cabins in the distance. The beds were very comfortable which is very important when you are on vacation. We saw deer every day. we will definitely be back again.

Could have been better

Cabin was nice and large. Plenty of room to spread out. Had great communication with the manager. I made contact a few days prior to see if the kitchen had a crockpot, etc. He did respond promptly. We have stayed in several cabins in this area over the years and this one was just lacking that "special touch" Decor wasn't anywhere near what the photos displayed. One of the beds only had a white comforter on top and two bed pillows with only white pillow cases (and sheets of course) Absolutely nothing on the kitchen table...not even a centerpiece. It just could have been MORE COZY. I did reach out to the manager about a few minor issues... bathrooms not very clean, etc BUT I did tell him we did not need anyone to come over....and he did offer. We didn’t feel it required that, but I wanted him to be aware. Once we are settled into a rental, we really don't like having a housekeeper come in, unless it's for something major. Overall we enjoyed it, but like I said... not as nice as others we have rented.

Great cabin, short on supplies.

Cabin was great, very clean, and presented great. My only recommendation is to have more than 2 full rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week booking. I was not in the best mood when I had to drive 20 miles round trip to get more after a day on the lake. They did respond and brought more. But it did take away from the experience.

Had great expectations but disappointed

Cabin is large cozy n beautiful. Living room floor’s inclusive area rug, large sofa not clean. Dog hair throughout. Our Socks covered with hair. Hubby’s vacuumed, cleaned it all. Also short in toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. (Would bring single supply & no trash bags had to buy) it would be nice to have map of area’s of lake available

Beautiful House

Beautiful house, looks just like the pictures. Located in a quiet wooded area and close to town. I would stay there again. One small issue there were spider webs on almost all the windows and a few inside. I dont mind spiders but to pay a cleaning service fee and have a spider hanging over your head in the shower is well, not fully relaxing.
