This cottage has split systems in all 3 bedrooms, to keep everyone cool in summer and warm in winter, a large well equipped kitchen with all new appliances, coffee machine, BBQ, Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV and wonderful views from the peaceful back deck. Our large, flower filled yard and fire pit are mentioned many times in our reviews.

Talbingo and Blowering Dams provide the perfect locations for water skiing and wakeboarding, swim and paddleboard in the newly constructed Talbingo Dam foreshore precinct.

Yarrangobilly Caves and Thermal Pool are definitely worth the short drive. Explore the caves, see amazing stalagmites and swim in the Instagram famous thermal pool.

A hike to Black Perry Lockout or Landers Fall's Lookout in the Kosciuszko National Park will provide nature lovers with expansive views of the area.
