This spacious and beautifully appointed one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers the best ski-in/Ski-out access to Blackcomb Mountain, with surreal patio views west of the awe-inspiring mountains and alpine sunsets, as well as views to the base of Blackcomb Mountain & Gondola to watch your family/friends ski-out. When you first step into this home, you will be struck by it's bright contemporary design. Having recently undergone a full renovation, and with all brand new elegant furniture that has been thoughtfully curated; all lucky arriving guests here will feel immediately at home in this stylish apartment. Open concept kitchen with island and state of the art appliances opens to living area with large Smart TV and gas fireplace that allows you to get cozy during Winter nights. The master bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, and newly renovated en-suite complete with shower and deep soaker tub. For maximum flexibility in groups, the living room has a queen pull-out sofa from custom and bespoke sofa manufacturers Van Gogh. Home also features a brand new boot/glove warmer/dryer for your convenience.
COMPLEX: THE ASPENS
The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool, three hot tubs as well as a fitness center. Guests are within walking distance of both Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary Ski & Snowboard storage.
LOCATION
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers seclusion while still being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

Parking is available at C$25/day in a secure, heated, underground parking lot. Height restrictions may apply.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This townhouse does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
