Welcome to Seven Mile View Condo #3A, a Ground-Floor Studio oceanfront condo in West Bay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.

The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.

There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

• Each of the five residences has its own unique design and layout, all using top of the line materials.

OUTDOOR FEATURES, POOL & BEACH ACCESS

• Oceanfront complex with a shared oceanfront swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging with sea views.

• Approximately a 1 minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach.

• About a 5–7 minute walk (around ½ mile) or 2 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach, known for great snorkeling and sunsets.



ESSENTIALS STARTER PACK

Each stay includes a practical starter supply so you can settle in right away:

• Kitchen essentials: dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters.

• Home essentials: shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board.

• Plenty of towels, linens, and beach towels are provided.

OUTDOOR FEATURES & INCLUSIONS

• Large ocean front swimming pool offering a refreshing place to cool off and relax.

• Each unit is equipped with two lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella to make beach days easy.

DINING & LOCATION – SEVEN MILE VIEW, WEST BAY

Seven Mile View sits in a quiet pocket of West Bay, close to the water and just a short hop from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, grocery stores, and neighborhoods like Governor’s Harbour and Crystal Harbour. It’s a great base if you want easy access to restaurants without being right in the busiest strip.

WALKING-DISTANCE OPTIONS

From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:

• Alfresco Restaurant – About 2–3 minutes on foot, directly across the road; casual beachfront spot for Caymanian and international dishes with sunset views.

• Heritage Kitchen – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ walk; simple, rustic, and very local, known for fresh fish right by the sea.

(If you want to keep this West Bay–only, you can stop here. If you’d like, I can also add “walkable with a longer stroll” options for spots like Macabuca and Cracked Conch.)

SHORT DRIVE – WEST BAY & SEVEN MILE BEACH

A quick 5–10 minute drive opens up a big range of dining choices along the Seven Mile Beach corridor and at Camana Bay:

• Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – About 5 minutes by car; oceanfront casual at Macabuca and upscale Caribbean fine dining at Cracked Conch, both fantastic at sunset.

• Calypso Grill – Waterside dining at Morgan’s Harbour with excellent seafood and a relaxed but polished atmosphere.

• Ristorante Pappagallo – Destination restaurant set by a bird sanctuary, known for Italian cuisine and a romantic setting.

• Tukka West – Caribbean Australian fusion with strong seafood, lionfish dishes, and sunset views over the water.

• Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar – Lively local favorite for creative Mexican dishes and an impressive tequila list.

• Yoshi Sushi – Popular for fresh sushi, creative rolls, and a buzzy atmosphere.

• Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria – Long time favorite for wood fired pizza and Italian classics with a strong wine list.

• Luca – Upscale Mediterranean inspired dining on Seven Mile Beach, ideal for a special night out.

• Island Naturals Café – Go to for smoothies, vegetarian/vegan options, and healthier breakfast or lunch.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation is a short walk away, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

• One reserved parking space is provided.

PROMOTIONS

Stayed here for 9 days Dec 2025 and it was wonderful. Great location , close to everything but away from the craziness of 7 mile beach. The apartment was lovely, exactly what we needed. The cleaning lady is a real pleasure and always made sure we had everything we needed. I pile highly reccomend and we will stay again when we return to the island.

It was a pleasure staying at this condo. The place is exactly as advertised. We loved how it had a small beach, like a cove and we could snorkel from the same place. (You should definitely wear fins if you're snorkeling since there are many sea urchins in that area). In addition, the management's attention was incredible, they sent emails and texts with notifications about the stay. The check-in was very smooth, we were able to arrive early to leave our bags and then return later to check in. There was a small issue with the AC but management resolved it so quickly that we were so impressed. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands. We rented a car, I also recommend this for traveling around the island.

This tropical villa was an absolute dream and easily one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The views are simply breathtaking—the photos don't do justice to the panoramic vistas you wake up to every morning. The property is in a perfect location. Its close to Seven Mile Beach yet far enough away to be away from the hustle, traffic and crowds. The property itself is fabulous with stunning views and an endless pool that makes it seem your swimming in the sea.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Had a wonderful stay at the Seven Mile View villa. We were in Grand Cayman for a dive trip, and we loved coming back to the villa to relax in the beautiful pool. The location is perfect. We were within close driving distance to everything we needed, and the beach was right there just steps away. We liked that the villa was in its own nook, giving it a more private and peaceful feel. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

The room was very tight. The bathroom was very nice. The pool is right outside the sliding glass door with view of the ocean. You can see the beach but have to walk a block or so to get to it.

The location of the condo was perfect for usaway from the hustle bustle but yet close enough for great snorkeling and food. Leave you from the condo was awesome in the pool just outside sliding door. Coffee and breakfast outside at the oceanfront table was fabulous. We will definitely check out the availability here next time.

Beautiful setting

Very nice. Like having the convenience of pool, view and dining right outside our room. The one thing about our visit was the nonreplacement of list or broken items by previous guest. This says to me, we're not as important as the last guest

Cozy stay in West Bay

This was our 5th trip to Grand Cayman. We love the West Bay Area as it is more quiet than SMB. I also thought it would convenient as I was planning on doing lots of diving and the condo is right next to the West Bay dock. The condo was smaller than I expected. We felt a little cramped. The outside space is nice, but also somewhat intimate—you get to know your neighbors, which can be a good or bad thing. In our case our neighbors on one side were somewhat loud tended to take over the pool space with their music and conversation. Overall, the place is nice—especially if you don’t plan to spend much time there and instead explore the island.
