Notre belle 2 chambres 2 salles de bain Ocean Front Villas est situé sur une plage de sable isolée.

Asseyez-vous sur l'un de nos 4 balcons et regarder les couchers de soleil romantiques et sentir la brise de tradewind. Détendez-vous sur la plage ou de la piscine qui se trouve à seulement quelques pas de pied loin de votre porte d'entrée.

Juste une courte baignade à certains des meilleurs snorkeling sur l'île.

Pappagallos restaurant est l'un des meilleurs restaurants Caymans et il est juste en face de la rue.


Notre Villa possède tout le confort de la maison. Réf., Lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, accès Internet sans fil micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse, AC, magnétoscope de TV à écran plat, câble HD, lecteur CD, console de jeux Wii, et à grande vitesse. Nous avons de nouveaux meubles et tout mis à jour! Il y a des planchers de calcaire, des comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable.
Pêche à partir de la rive avec de la lumière attaquer est grand! nous avons également notre propre quai de 200 pieds.
Notre plage est une plage très populaire de l'équitation. Il est également très proche de notre Villa est l'un des meilleurs embarquement de cerf-volant dans le monde.

It is a peaceful property. It is 15 mins or so from the 7 mile area and we preferred the calm of the property over the crowds. The unit was VERY well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

This was an excellent location and this unit has beautiful views of the beach! The beach is a great walking beach and the grounds are well maintained. The unit includes all of the beach equipment you will need, towels, chairs and even an umbrella.

Great location off of the beaten path but next door to a boutique hotel with a great patio cafe. Location is easy to get to and has great beaches nearby. Immediate beach is okay and water is okay for swimming but beaches on the SW area of the island were more protected from wind.The Villa was very nice, clean, well laid out and very comfortable. Communication with the property management team was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Beachbum. The location is great if you want to be away from crowds and the views are amazing! Loved the Cayman Islands and Jane was absolutely wonderful....great communication and lots of great suggestions for things to do and see on the island!

Great Place to Unwind

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was perfect for two couples. Location is great and feels secluded compared to 7 Mile Beach area. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. The property and private beach are quiet and well maintained. We can’t wait for our return visit!

Tropical Oasis

Our stay was perfection. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood with amazing amenities including a beautiful, well-kept pool and serene beach. Jane was also a wonderful host who was always prompt to respond and quick with recommendations for restaurants/activities. Highly recommend it for a family getaway or if you're looking to unwind.

Relaxing Stay on West Bay

Really nice condo that is very well equipped and very comfortable on a quiet beach. Nice pool, great snorkeling off the dock on the property. Great location if you want to avoid the crowds on Seven Mile Beach! Easy access to everything the island has to offer including a number of restaurants. The owner is very responsive and answers any questions you have quickly.

Paradise Perfection!

Jane’s condo is simply perfection! We have stayed in VRBOs around the world but this one really stood out. We kept saying to each other “this is so magical” throughout the stay. The views are out of this world and the condo is exceptionally well-stocked. We would highly recommend a stay here and can’t wait to return! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Lovely condo on beautiful green water.

After a shaky start we enjoyed our week in comfort. The condo rooms are large, the kitchen is well appointed, and the view is spectacular. We used public buses but did not mind the half mile walk to the bus stop. All return buses brought us straight to the Villas. The steps could be challenging but once we got used to them they helped my sore knee improve with the exercise. I’d stay there again if I were returning to the islands.

beautiful views and location

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Grand Cayman is fantastic and very friendly! The best part of this unit is the various views from many locations! The master bed was very comfortable. We really liked the location on the island. The pool was also very nice, although the "hot tubs" are not heated, which was ok with us. It was ok for us as we have no orthopedic issues, but please note that their are 2 flights of stairs, 1 to reach the unit and the other to reach the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and no elevator, so it may not work for anyone with mobility issues. Overall a great location, fabulous views and pleasant accommodations! The owner even offered to mail me a few things I accidently left behind when she gets back to the states. I am extremely grateful for this!

An amazing stay

We stayed at Jane's property during our kids' school vacation week. It really exceeded our expectations. The localization was amazing. The beach was quiet and very private. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool for a change. It was close to restaurants and 7 Mile Beach. The condo was great. We loved that it had everything that we needed. It was really well equipped with plenty of towels, even beach towels and beach toys for the kids to play with. We were able to see most of the Grand Cayman, snorkel and dive. The Cristal Caves were beautiful, especially the one with a lake inside. We also saw Botanical Garden and went to the Starfish Point and did the Bioluminescent Bay swimming, which was amazing. Jane was very helpful and accommodating. We really hope to return here in the future. This is was such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Jane!

A beautiful, breezy haven

We loved our week in Villa Pappagallo #10. The setting is idyllic! Far from the crowds of 7 Mile beach and perfect for a full day of quiet, reading and long walks on the beach. On our daily stroll, we would customarily cross cross with lines of horseback riders going to “swim with the horses” on the nearby sandbar, kite surfers catching the winds in that same cove, etc. Having a rental car made grocery shopping and dinners out easy and we usually ate at home ( a well outfitted kitchen there) for breakfast and lunch and treated ourselves to nice dinners each night. Enjoyed some great activities... swimming with stingrays and a sunset sail via catamaran nearby. Condo is lovely with views of the water from 3 different balconies. Only wish was for some real furniture on these balconiesz Odd, Old chairs and no side tables made it challenging to enjoy the bedroom balconies. All in all a fabulous week. Jane was responsive to questions and needs. The mostly light breeze around conch point made it possible to stay on the beach all day, which was not true on 7 mile Beach. Thxfor a great stay!

Great property and beautiful views

This is a wonderful condo! We’ll maintained, comfortable furnishings, all kinds of beach toys and chairs, views from all windows and porches, steps from sand! The location is convenient with a rental car. Only a quick drive to seven mile beach. Only thing to know is that the beach is great for sunbathing but not swimming-use the pool! You’ll find the water to be filled with vegetation and not pleasing to swim in. Overall I’d stay again at this property.

Review of Villa Pappagallo #25 (6 night stay)

My family loves to travel! We have traveled to many different places and we always stick to our one "travel rule", which is that we will never go to the same place twice. Our thought is that there are too many awesome places to see in this world. Unfortunately, Grand Cayman Island made us break that family rule. This was the one trip where we ALL said "we're coming back here ASAP!!" Grand Cayman Island is a SLICE. OF. HEAVEN. Villa Pappagallo was a fantastic property. We were in villa #25, which is the second closest villa to the water. Each room (living room, eating area and both bedrooms) have walk out patios with absolutely STUNNING views of the ocean/beach. We spent MANY nights on those porches, along with a bottle (or two) of wine. My husband, who is a self proclaimed loner, loved the location of the villa because it is very quiet. Although there are 35 (or so) villas on the property, you really do feel like you're by yourself. Even with a full parking lot, we probably only saw 3 or 4 other couples the entire time we were there. The property is about 10 (or so) miles from 7 mile beach, so you will definitely want to rent a car while you're visiting. Even if you plan on just hanging out on the beach the entire visit, I still suggest renting a vehicle. In terms of property amenities, there was not a single item we needed that wasn't there. Everything you could possible want or need was available. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach "toys", towels, dishes, iron, etc. You need it, they have it! WITHOUT HESITATION we would stay at this property again and again and again. In fact, just writing this review is getting me excited about our next trip. In other words, book the villa and don't look back :)
