Clean property and very accommodating hosts. We enjoyed our stay and highly reccommend. Public transportation is only a few minutes walk away, and a 15-20 minute ride will take you to just about all of the monuments and museums.

Very clean and comfortable. We all had the best nights sleep. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to grocery’s and dining. Great stay!

Property was conveniently located and it was very clean when we arrived. It took a little while to get the checkin infromation as we booked at the last minute and it was the weekend. But eventually, everything got taken care of and we got into the apartment without any problem.It is a basic apartment, nothing too fancy, but had what we needed for our 4 day trip. We have a family of 5 and I think that is really the limit with the one bathroom. But we enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Thank you!

Our place was great, serving utensils need replaced, but everything was fine. Great helpful neighbors. Nice location. Only thing I would do is change ur washer water tapins as cold is hot. Then maybe a few bug cans for outside so u can sit there. I got ate up. But nice balcony. Host is great in accomodations. Thank u. Would love to come back. My son really liked the area that we check house prices. Had hair cut at Supercuts.

Lovely place, very clean and well appointed. Would have liked instructions to go down the stairs as there are 2 doors with the same address. We also did not receive the correct lock box code to access the rental. However, someone answered our call right away and gave us the code. I would stay here again!

AGU conference

Fabulous location and stay. Great for the conference walk each morning, great neighborhood with restaurants in easy walking distance and also the mall is a short wander down 10th street.

Wonderful Spot close to downtown

The house is kept very nicely, the bedding was comfortable and well taken care of. It was very easy to find and access. Overall a very beautiful place to stay that is very convenient. I would love to stay here again!

DC family vacay

Checked with daughter and 2 gkids. Place was lovely in a great neighbor and had extra sleeping on pull out couch which was great for 12 yo gain who wanted to sleep alone. Great location. Beds very comfy

Super Convenient and Comfortable

We had a great stay here. We were super comfortable. It was very accessible to metro and getting around DC by walking. The space was clean and comfortable, plenty of blankets and bedding.

Nice Stay

We had a comfortable stay, although the sofa bed mattress leaves something to be desired. The mattresses in the other rooms were great. We didn’t spend a lot of time outside of sleeping so our needs were met.

nice area, quiet neighborhood

I must say that my stay went great. It served out purpose and exceeded my expectations. Will certainly book next time I’m in DC! The property managers are also very attentive and quick to respond to messages. Thanks for the great stay.

Lovely Home

Stay at this awesome home was very comfortable. Parking was not a problem at all with street parking and parking garage only 2 blocks away. We dont have to look for ny other place if this home is available to us.
