Open space dining area in the centre of the home with two large living areas with a TV, split system air conditioner and comfortable couches in one. The other one could be used to play games or a quiet space for reading.
In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, fridge, pantry, coffee machine, microwave and various appliances and cooking utensils.
Toilet and hand basin.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outside through the glass sliding doors is a pergola, grassed area, outdoor shower, undercover carport, bbq, outdoor setting and the yard is fenced.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One is a large room and has access to the front timber balcony with a view to the bluff. There is a queen bed with walk in robe, TV and two-way bathroom consisting of bath and shower, separate toilet and powder room.
Bedroom two is also quite large and boasts another queen bed and built in robe.
Bedroom three is across the hall with double bed, built in robe and all bedrooms have ducted air conditioning.
