The Beach House Middleton

Our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath house is an excellent choice for a beach getaway, accommodating up to 15 people just 300m from Middleton Beach. The property offers a secure rear yard, two large decks, and ample living areas, making it perfect for family or friend gatherings, or a peaceful retreat.
Located just 1 hour south of Adelaide on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, this light-filled home is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring the area`s beauty.

Perfectly laid out this entire house gives the best of both worlds, north and south facing large balconies, upstairs is a large fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and the first of two large lounge rooms, bedrooms 1-3 are upstairs, all with direct balcony access. Downstairs is the second living space, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms.

Linen is provided for this property, just bring your own beach towels and get ready to hit the beach.
Board games and outdoor games for all ages available to entertain! Coffee, tea and sugar are provided for your first day, along with some kitchen staples.
Don`t forget to bring your binoculars to take in the breathtaking views and the amazing whales when they pass by.

**Fireplace. Use of the Fire Pit is at your own risk. The Beach House is not responsible for burns to people. By hiring our Beach House and using our firepit you are completely responsible for any damages caused. You are in agreement to this as soon as you light the firepit**

1. Driveway or street parking, no parking on lawns.
2. Guests are limited to the number of beds (15 people). Extra cost of $100 per person per night will be charged.
3. Animals are not permitted without prior approval, even visiting for the day.
4. Guests must ensure BBQ is kept clean, your cleaning fee does not cover cleaning. Failure to clean BBQ will incure an extra cleaning charge of $50.
5. Strictly no smoking in the house, butts disposed of safely in garbage when smoking outside. Use the ashtrays provided.
6. Only 10c refundable cans to be placed in the bin provided, non refundable must be placed in the recycling bin.
7. No tents or caravan/motorhomes permitted on the property.
8. Please no beach towels in the the dryer, please use the drying racks or clothesline.
9. All linen is supplied, included in nightly rate regardless if you bring your own.
10. Any damage of any size, or issue with the property or its contents is to be reported as soon as practical. Failure to do so could affect the outcome of any claim.
11. Electric Vehicle charging is welcome, but at a cost of $20 per charge. Costs to be paid via ABB.
