Welcome to Industrial Luxe. Inner city warehouse living at its very best. Enjoy everything Newcastle has to offer within walking distance to this spectacular accomodation in the heart of Cooks Hill. Sleeping up to six guests across two levels, Industrial Luxe is the perfect space for work or play.
The property is located on a tree lined street only a short walk from parks, shops, pubs and cafes. The light filled dual level townhome has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Downstairs there is a huge open plan living area with chefs kitchen, atrium courtyard with outdoor dining, office space, oversized lounge, laundry, powder room and secure double tandem garage with internal access.
Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and the main with a King and ensuite. Large family bathroom with bath tub and second lounge area.
The entire space is generous and has plenty for a group of 6 guests. It is perfect for families, couples or work colleagues travelling together but still wanting their own privacy.
