great stay

the house was very clean and well appointed. Beds and bathrooms nice and more TVs than we needed. Did not get a chance to test swimming pool but looked great. Kitchen well stocked and location close to everything. Great golf courses. Would come again.

Great home base for all your vacation fun!

The perfect place to call home while you're in Orlando! We loved having a peaceful place to come home to after a busy day at the lake. The house was super clean, has all the amenities you need and it's location of the golf course have extra privacy which we loved. We will be back for sure!

Decent location but property is a bit neglected. For example a lounger that doesn't work, towels with holes in them, a pool table and cues that have seen better days. It's nothing dramatic but for the price, we don't feel it represents good value compared to other villas we have stayed at on the resort.

Nice house, nice location, plenty of room. However, the weather was cold and the heating system was incapable of keeping it warm downstairs. Maintenance came twice but it stayed cold enough downstairs that everyone wore extra clothes to keep warm.

Needs ceiling fans throughout, we purchased a fan when it got too warm. All of the doors were squeaky, and there was a gap in the sliding door leading to the pool that allowed salamanders to enter the home so that needs to be fixed.

The resort is beautiful. We had several issues with the house we rented. The management team were very responsive but unfortunately some issues old not be resolved. But things happen and we would consider coming again.

House was nice and clean. Pool heat wasn't on until a maintenance worker had to come and turn it on. The child safety feature on the sliding doors is very inconvenient when you don't have children and should have the ability to be disabled for renters without kids.

The actual stay was ok. Before arriving I asked 2 times about check in instructions and didn’t receive any until 1 hour before check in. Upon arrival the house was still being cleaned and when the cleaners left we couldn’t open the door. The front desk was called, IT was called and security. No one was able to fix the door so we wasted the first 2 1/2 hours of our vacation in the sweltering heat waiting for them to try to figure it out which they didn’t so we had to leave it unlocked our entire stay. The pool and games were nice to keep us entertained. My bed was comfortable can’t speak for the rest. The water park was pretty far so we had to drive there. The kiddy area was pretty good for my 3 year olds. If I went with no kids I would say it wasn’t that great. 1 slide and a lazy river is pretty much the whole thing. So it was okay, but I have stayed at other similar resorts which were better in my opinion as far as amenities and responsiveness from the “host”. I feel like the resort should have offered something to make up for our major inconvenience at check in especially for what we paid for the place.
