Disappointing 12 day stay. A lot of communication with the owner because of the way it was turned over to us. Leaves at the bottom of the pool, water level well below the skimmer, hoses laying around the deck. Rusty tools for the grill. Dirty spatula in the kitchen drawer. We had to have constant communication with the owner for days. Unlike many other homes in the beautiful development she has a single person or very very small team maintain the house. Not the bigger service companies that you see all over the development. We had people showing up onsite for at least 5 days for pool things or cleanings. Nothing was announced. And she always claimed to not be aware of any of these visits. When I asked if there was additional toilet paper a few days into our stay her response was that she’s never been asked for that before. I was paying a LOT of money for 12 days in the house. I don’t see that as unreasonable.I was told multiple times that she had gotten bad information from her pool person or others on things. That was her excuse for not being aware. It was very obvious that this is not her home for anything more than a tax benefit and that she had not had her eyes on the property in quite some time. To make up for various things I was offered an Olive Garden gift card. I never acknowledged that because I wanted to be able to give an honest review. I would bet my experience is more inline with many reviewers that took a gift card or door dash dinner for 5 star review.

This house is perfect spacious wonderful perfect for animals. If you’re bringing your dogs this is absolutely a dog friendly place. They have a little section a little area in the backyard for the dogs to walk to go do their business and I can also tell you the host is absolutely wonderful. We got Crumbl cookies Checking making sure we’re OK. Wonderful greeting. I’m just loving it all the way I stay at many VRBO’s. I’ve never got treated like this. I love it. This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Disney with your pets, I will be back thank you so much.

The host was very accommodating. She was reachable. In fact, she reached out to me first to make sure we could get into the house and gave me her cell phone number if we needed anything. There were cookies waiting for us and it felt very good to know that someone cared enough to make sure we had what we needed.

Both before and after our trip, our host was exceptionally accommodating and polite. The property is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within Reunion, which is simply a wonderful place to visit. It’s also just minutes away from three world-class golf courses where we had the pleasure of playing, as well as grocery stores and retail shops all within a 5-minute drive.Our group of six golfers felt right at home. We especially appreciated the five spacious suites, each with its own adjoining bathroom, plus an additional bathroom in the common area. The property exceeded our expectations with its relaxing pool and spa, which we enjoyed nightly, and the home theater, where we closed out our stay with a movie together.The setting was both calming and convenient, and the amenities made our getaway truly memorable. We give this property and our host a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Everything was satisfactory - has issues with sliding door alarm would continually go off even when door was closed- Handyman was called to fix problem- NO gas in the BBQ tank even though it said it was full. Had to run out in the middle of the lunch to get it re-filled. Too early check-out. Majority of check-outs are 10-11am- was contacted by owner to inform that check out was 9am. Quickly evacuated as fast as possible

Memorial Day Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay! Kristy was in communication with us often, before, during, and after our stay. We have several cooks in the family and each mentioned that the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and silverware. The pool was great! Lots of pool towels and seating in the backyard. Lots of board games for the kids. Nice movie area on the second floor. As with every rental: make sure you bring extra soap and shampoo to use. Overall a great stay for our family!

Haven from the hurricane!

My family evacuated here for Hurricane Milton and I was pinching myself at how fortunate we were. The house is gorgeous and had plenty of space for my family. But Kristy the owner is what really made this stay special. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were safe and comfortable. I know I’ve made a wonderful new friend. Amazing stay!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Kristyn was amazing. We contacted her to make sure it was alright to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and not only did she say yes, she went above and beyond! She left a cake and balloons for my daughter, which completely made her day. The house is great for a big family and the area is beautiful and quiet. 1000% recommend this property!

Property was great! Second time staying here. If there was anything I'd change it would be temperature of pool water. It is heated and with the weather being high 90's with humidity even higher the pool water was way too hot to even enjoy on our days off from the parks. Pool heater needed to be off for a more enjoyable, refreshing swim. Otherwise, property was GREAT!

Excellent Stay!

This home is very welcoming and more than accommodated our large family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was clean, spacious and well stocked. Plenty of amenities in the home, neighborhood and surrounding area to entertain every age range. The real standout though is the owner, Kristy. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was comfortable and for that we are grateful.

Amazing Host

We had a short notice trip with our youth group and we stumbled across this gem! They were so accommodating and the house was like a palace! Each bedroom had its own theme and en-suite. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we could give 10 stars we would!!! I highly recommend this location/getaway

Amazing Disney T-Day Vaca

We stayed at this amazing and comforting home for Thanksgiving weekend and it was awesome!! Very close to Disney. House had a lot of fun features for the kids. Pool and hot tub were warm and the host was super helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I travel often in life and we stay in home rentals. I realized I was tired of people asking for so many extra fees to stay and since we LOVE ORLANDO and Disney, we wanted a home close to both.
I decided to purchase a home and be upfront and honest in our pricing so the price you see is the price you pay--you will never be guided to another site to pay for "additional required fees and insurances". I enjoy going for late walks and seeing the fireworks in the sky! The area is safe and peaceful for long evening walks and sitting out by the pool to enjoy the wildlife and golf course!

Enjoy your Private pool and spa with POOL HEAT INCLUDED! My home boasts 5 all suites bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The home theater is stocked with movies or bring your own! We have games, we have a full kitchen to cook or order in--your family will love the quiet neighborhood and you will LOVE the spa and pool. If you have pets, bring them! We love your fur babies and welcome them. We just expanded the grassy area in the backyard for their enjoyment. All we ask is that you pick up after their time out. Our beds are all upgraded beds with luxury linens in all suites. We have it all--we are just waiting for you and your family and friends!
