* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- Airconditioning is only in the lounge room downstairs
- PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

Wander through to the light-filled dining and kitchen area, where doors lead to a sheltered courtyard complete with timber dining suite and gas BBQ-ideal for alfresco meals and a safe spot for your furry friend.

Beyond the kitchen, a second lounge spills out to a generous landscaped courtyard. Here you`ll find an outdoor shower with hot and cold taps, a shaded dining setting, and space for long summer evenings under the stars.

Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms await, each with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The bathroom is a little indulgence: a freestanding tub and a walk-in rain shower designed for pure relaxation. A small study nook sits quietly in the hall, leading to the main living room-a serene space with ocean glimpses from the balcony. Throw open the doors, sink into the comfortable lounge, and let the sea breeze drift in. Outside, a large dining setting invites you to linger over tea or a glass of bubbly while gazing towards Pippi Beach.
