Master bedroom boasting two single beds with a convertible zipped mattress for a king-sized set-up, accompanied by a large ensuite.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and serviced by an additional bathroom/laundry.

Outdoors, a sunlit deck beckons with a tempting outdoor bath, providing a serene spot for relaxation beneath the stars.
The private courtyard invites gatherings. Enjoy year-round comfort with split system heating/AC, ceiling fans, and a convenient carport.

Explore the Peninsula's offerings, whether it's boating, beach outings, or golfing. A leisurely stroll takes you to the white sands, or venture to Martha Cove Marina, The Valley Golf Course, Dusky Drive Reserve, and Safety Beach Sailing Club.

This home has a no-party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11 pm.
