Nice property, clean, great location near the beach. The first morning the neighbor below banged on the ceiling at 6am with a huge noise. Later when I went outside there was a rude and aggressive note in my car windscreen saying my dog had been running around all night (of course not) and that they were going to call the local police the coming evening. It was a printed note with had written additions, so presumably this was a normal occurrence. This spoiled my visit to an otherwise lovely place.
We wanted to stay close to the beach and this place was only 1block away from the beach access. When we arrived the microwave didnât work. Called property manager and they sent maintenance out to check it. They couldnât fix it until the next day, but brought us another one to use temporarily. Then the clothes dryer went out so maintenance had to come out again but they fixed it. Then our pool key didnât work so maintenance had to bring us another key. The property manager was prompt and helpful with all the problems. The pool on the property was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Also, we didnât know due to no signs posted up front or in the papers about parking if your vehicle is over 18feet long you have to park in the back near the grilling area. We were just told we could use the specific parking spot for the unit and a âvisitorâ marked parking spot which is what we did. My son had a âcitationâ on his truck for being parked in the âvisitorâ parking spot which is what we were told to use but it said his truck was over 18feet and has to be parked in the back. Suggestion, maybe just note that to others in the check in emails/instructions. Other than that it was a nice stay.
