Cute and Affordable Condo with Pool and Tennis Courts!

Quick walk to the beach! Pool, tennis courts, and playground!.

You will feel right at home in this cute and cozy condo, shaded by trees. This first floor unit provides easy access in and out of the unit! It is well suited for either one couple or a family of five.

This adorable condo is located in the Forest Ridge Village complex. The complex has a pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and fire pit. Plus, there is a small playground for the children! The condo is conveniently located with easy access to the pool and tennis courts.

This pet friendly condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living room is light and bright and opens to a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is also a TV with Comcast Cable in the living room.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for preparing your meals. The dining area seats five.

The master bedroom has one queen bed, and a TV with Smart TV Capabilities. The second bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The Living room has a full size sofa sleeper. The bathroom is next to both bedrooms and has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

Beach chairs are also provided for your convenience to take to the beach.

We know you will fall in love with Amelia Island, and we hope you will return again!

Awesome stay!

The condo was amazing, very, very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the condo neighborhood was close to beach. I give this a 5* stay!

Great Little Condo

We loved the cute little condo. It was exactly as described. It was clean and had all the basic supplies. It was a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and there was even an umbrella and cooler there to use. The sofa has been updated since the pictures and it is a pullout. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great value and super cute place!

The only thing keeping this from being five stars is that the clothes dryer kept messing up our whole stay. We told the manager on our first day and he called in someone to work on it, but either they never showed up, or they just couldn’t fix the dryer. By the end of our trip the dryer would not work even a little bit. Other than this, we had a great stay. The location is cute and the house is a lower level with a comfy chair on the balcony. We stayed on Easter weekend and besides the dryer situation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beach Condo

Condo was very clean and in a good location. Beach is only a five-minute walk away. Communication with administrator was very timely. Only downsides included a broken dryer and the fact that my car was broken into during one of the nights. The community seemed afe and quiet, so the break-in may have neen an isolated incident.

Fortest Ridge Condo Fernandina Beach FL

The instructions are very strait forward. The listing of departure cleanup and lockup can get confusing. I noticed that some units do not have a dishwasher. You must wash and wipe the dishes and glasses and utensils and other things you used and put them away before you leave. You must at least clean up the floor if you track in leaves or stand from the beach. The best thing I liked was it was all set up with all the things you need to cook, clean, And wash clothes. including soap, broom, vacuum, as well as wipes. there were soap products in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. cleaning products in the bathroom. there was even coffee and creamer ready for you. this was a great experience. I enjoyed it very very well. I hope that people in the future do not get spoiled with this. the only issue I had was I did not have a parking pass. Access to the pool was easy.

Condo Review 06 - 09 May 2025

In review, It was a much longer walk from the designated parking spot for this unit to the front door, approx over 100ft with two small sets of steps. This adds up when you are making three or four trips to unload your car! Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. However, we noticed was is that the outdoor chairs, for the for the beach were dirty with leaves and other debris. Once inside, It took several attempts to lock the deadbolt on the front door as it was not lined up with the striker plate.The desk chair seat cushion in the living room was missing. Exposing the rough unsanded plywood & exposed screw heads, very uncomfortable! The AC unit was working properly but not supplying air into the second bedroom. It would get very hot in there at night, therefore we had to leave the door open. The master bedroom bed and the full-size bed in the secondary room each have a 3” blue foam pad on top of the mattresses, making the beds very, very soft; and not comfortable at all if you’re used to a firm mattress. I took blue foam off the queen size bed to make it firmer but this exposed a large brown stain on the mattress itself! The showerhead doesn’t work correctly. Appeared to be gummed up with mineral deposits, I’m guessing. The soft water makes the tub very slippery and there are no handrails to grab. We felt unsafe taking showers because only one of the Nonslip appliqués on the floor of the tub remained. Communication was ok.... We will not stay here again.
