Thank you for the review. We're glad Inn At Summerwind 1005 was very clean and one of the most comfortable rooms you’ve used at the resort. I'm sorry the check-in and lock were frustrating and that phone calls weren’t answered right away. I'm glad texting eventually connected you with the manager. We will add clear check-in instructions for this unit explaining the procedure for the exposed key barrel and lever so future guests don’t need to troubleshoot on arrival. Thank you for noting the maintenance and comfort items. We’ll have maintenance secure the master shower drain cover, inspect and reinforce the toilet paper holder, and review the toilet room for needed updates. We’ll also add extra blankets/throws and evaluate the bedding for warmer/thicker options. Finally, we’ll have our team fully troubleshoot the WiFi and work with the property manager/ISP to restore reliable service. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
