Toutes nos félicitations! Vous avez trouvé Serenity, situé sur l’une des dix plus belles plages du monde! Navarre Beach, avec son magnifique sable blanc et son eau émeraude, est l’endroit de rêve pour des vacances à la plage parfaites. Serenity, notre condo de 1 800 pieds carrés, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, est situé directement sur la plage avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Ce condo au premier étage avec un accès facile à la plage a été récemment réaménagé pour les familles et les couples.

Nous incluons maintenant le service de plage - 2 chaises et un parasol mis en place pour vous chaque jour - du 1er mars au 31 octobre. Ceci est en plus des serviettes de plage déjà disponibles pour vous dans le condo. Nous avons essayé le service de plage à quelques reprises l’automne dernier et c’est vraiment agréable de sortir avec sa serviette et ses boissons pour profiter du golfe!

Il y a une grande salle spacieuse pour les réunions de groupe et les soirées de jeux ou de films sur le nouveau téléviseur 65 "4K. Chaque chambre dispose d'un nouveau téléviseur 4K 55 "et de nouveaux lecteurs DVD Blu-Ray / 4K. Le maître principal et le deuxième maître ont chacun des lits King, tandis que la troisième chambre a deux lits Queen, de sorte que le condo peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes.

La cuisine est ouverte sur la grande salle avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan. Vous pouvez préparer un délicieux repas, profiter de la vue magnifique et continuer à faire partie de ce qui se passe. Notre cuisine est bien garnie de ce dont vous avez besoin pour les nuits où vous décidez de rester et de préparer votre propre repas, y compris une grande marmite de vieux pots que nous avons souvent utilisée nous-mêmes pour faire bouillir des crevettes!

La plage parfaite. Mâchoire laissant tomber des vues. Un condo impeccable. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances inoubliables!

Our family had a great time! The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and beside a long pier you can walk/fish! Was very baby/kid friendly! Condo was nice and clean! Quick and Easy communication with host! Very nice lovely people!

Very accessible unit

Lovely unit with a nice view of the dunes and the ocean. I have health issues and greatly appreciate how close this unit is to everything. About 10 steps and 30 feet to the pool. Another 30 feet or so to the beach (up a bit of a hill). The unit is perfect for our group of grandparents, kids, and parents.The hosts are always easy to reach. This is our second time renting from them.

First Panhandle vacation

We generally stay in the Keys for two weeks in June. Out Granddaughter wanted the Panhandle. While I love the Keys, she made a fantastic decision. One of the best family vacations ever! We will definitely go back. The owners here were so responsive! Excellent vacation

The unit was very comfortable and well-furnished! Great kitchen supplies, DVDs, games, beach towels, books and even including some consumables. Bonnie was very responsive to questions. We all had a great time…From ages 6 to 72.

We enjoy this area, close proximity to a few local eateries and just steps from the pier. With several kids in our family we enjoyed the first floor access for quick in and outs and the view was great. The condo is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and a great open living / dining area. Thanks to Bonnie for a great time, tried several of her recommendations and loved every one.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This unit is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The property owner is very kind and answered all of our questions quickly, with a willingness to do whatever was needed to make our stay perfect. The unit was IMMACULATE and had everything we needed for a quiet, relaxing weekend, right down to beach towels, small toiletries, games, DVDs and a fully functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the balcony view is breathtaking. You want to stay here! We will be back for sure.

Another Great Vacation in Navarre!

Bonnie is always very helpful during our stay. This is our 2nd year staying at Serenity and we hoped to come back year after year (the 7 day Saturday to Saturday requirement during peak season may limit our choices in the future as our granddaughter is now in school. This will also be a factor with many other properties). We were a little anxious awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Helene but all was well for us. The only complaints we have about the condo and I'm sure Bonnie will address these promptly: the lamp in the bedroom with double beds appears to have a short and the cable box is not working in that room. Thank you again for a memorable vacation.

Stay at 106 Navarre

Bonnie was extremely attentive during our stay at her condo. There was some construction going on one day and when I reached out to her about this I had a reply in minutes and she found out what was going and and how long it would last. Great if you have kids as they have books/travel crib and high chair.

great condo and owner

We spent a week at the condo and it was great. This condo is fully furnished with pots and pans and dishes needed to make your cooking experience simple and easy. The view from the deck is nice and the deck is very big with heavy duty furniture. Down 1 story and your are beach level. The pool is very large and clean. This place is well kept and feels like it is new. Bonnie "the owner" made the trip even better by making sure all was in order. We will return most likely next year.

Family Vacay

This property was an amazing stay for our family. Had everything I look for when booking, gave everyone togetherness and their own space. Couples had their own en-suite bathrooms, which is wonderful. Beds were comfortable, linens were of great quality. The view, can’t say enough. We watched dolphins from our patio every morning sipping coffee and dolphins came back in the evenings. We heard and saw the surf from our patio. It was an absolute wonderful setting. You could see the ocean from sitting in the living room, see it while in the kitchen. Ample seating on patio. Location of condo was great. Close to the pool and beach walk. We did appreciate security making sure people coming from beach belonged at the pool from our complex. The pool was a nice size as well for the complex. Security was very friendly and helpful. All on-site staff were friendly. My young granddaughter loved going to see Gabriel the sweet little dog in the office on-site and they were gracious with letting her come in and love on him. The description of unit is accurate as described. Bonnie was very nice to work with and helpful as well. We will return here once everyone’s schedule in the family aligns as it did this time. Wonderful memories made!

Breathtaking

This condo was amazing! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The view was stunning. It was a quick and convenient walk to the beach. When I had questions I got a reply immediately. Just can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We have visited all over Florida but we will def be back to this condo!

The condo had a great layout & the hosts, Bonnie & Dave, were very hands on with communicating with us. The view is incredible from our balcony. We enjoyed our walk to the pier and around Navarre.

Beach trip 2024

This property is more beautiful in person. Living room offers beautiful view of the beach. Outside deck was well stocked with chairs. Master bedroom had lovely view as well. 2nd &. 3rd bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. Large washer and dryer. Plenty of games, movies and books. Place downstairs to store beach equipment so you don’t have to carry it up. Lovely place and relaxing atmosphere.

Great condo and beautiful views

The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and even called to let us know we could check in early. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and each had an attached bathroom. The view was wonderful from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and the large first floor balcony. We enjoyed watching the gulf waters and occasionally spotting dolphins. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Spectacular

Amazing condo. Everything we needed and more! The owners truly thought of Everything. Games, tons of DVD's, toys, blankets etc. I couldn't find a single thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommend staying here. Kitchen was stocked with top of the line Everything. We had children, teens and elderly and the condo accommodated all of us. Short easy walk onto the beach, pool was spectacular. Cant say enough about this place.

My husband, Dave, & I (Bonnie) have vacationed along the Florida Panhandle for more than 30 years. After camping and being guests at other people's homes and dreaming for years of having a beach condo of our own, that dream came true on Valentine's Day 2018. Since then, we have been fortunate to host many couples and families at our place and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Serenity is our dream place. We visited Panama City Beach and Destin along the Florida panhandle many times over the years and first visited Navarre Beach in 2012 and absolutely fell in love. It's a beautiful area and quieter and calmer than PCB, Destin, and Pensacola, but still close enough to easily reach if we want to go there for a change of pace.

We picked Serenity in the Navarre Beach Regency because of the first floor location, its ease of access to the beach, and the special protected areas (Gulf Islands National Seashore) surrounding the developed areas of Navarre Beach. The pool is easy to reach and can be seen from the balcony, but not so close that the typical pool noise is bothersome. Serenity is ideal for those who want to easy access to the beach or pool.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Serenity's first floor location is perfect. You don't have to get on an elevator to reach the beach or pool. It's a short walk just down the walkway. When you're done at the beach or pool, there is a storage area near the beach/pool access where toys can be stored. This eases the hauling of stuff back and forth to the beach tremendously.

We also have a covered parking space close to the elevators, which is great for keeping your car cool during the summer months.
