Apartment 2B is located at Aguada Ocean Club, which includes five additional apartments. If interested in booking more than one unit, please let us know.
Inspired by the architecture of the Greek Islands, the Aguada Ocean Club building features beautiful arched windows, whitewashed walls, and a signature Santorini blue exterior.
Aguada Ocean Club offers a shared outdoor area where guests can unwind with a refreshing swim in the pool or relax after a day of island exploration. The building is just steps from Table Rock Beach, a favorite among surfers. For those seeking calmer waters, swimmable beaches like Rompeolas Beach and Crash Boat Beach are only 20 minutes away in Aguadilla. Head south to Rincón, and you’ll find popular beaches such as Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Marías Beach, all just 25 minutes away.

LIVING AREA
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a cozy living area adjacent to a stunning modern kitchen. The wide kitchen island with counter stools is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The space includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a ceiling fan, and a balcony.
The living and kitchen areas do not have air conditioning; only the bedrooms have A/C.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen boasts eclectic finishes, a mosaic backsplash, and light wood cabinets with white quartz countertops. It’s stocked for all your cooking needs, featuring a fridge, microwave, toaster, stovetop, accessories, and a coffee maker (note: no oven).
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Apartment 2B offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstands with individual lamps, and closets for your belongings. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. A full-sized bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, is shared between the bedrooms.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
GETTING AROUND
A car is necessary to explore Aguada and its beaches. The Aguada Ocean Club building has six apartments, but only five parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are full, you can park across the street, ensuring not to block any vehicles.
LOCATION
Aguada shares a coastline with Aguadilla and Rincón, known for stunning beaches. Highlights include:
Balneario Pico de Piedra (Aguada): Ideal for swimming and family outings.
Table Rock Beach (Aguada): This one is located steps from the building but is more of a surfers' beach with waves for experienced surfers only.
Rompeolas and Crashboat Beach (Aguadilla): Offers some of the clearest water along the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, with gorgeous shades of turquoise. - 20 minutes away
Sandy and Maria’s Beach (Rincón): These are a favorite among the surfers, where several surfing instructors take visitors to learn to surf. You can rent surfing equipment on site. - 25 minutes away.
Domes Beach:(Rincón): Also known as Lighthouse Beach. Great surfing action all year, a popular spot to watch the sunset and for loungers wishing to enjoy the sound of the waves. - 25 minutes away.
The PR-115 road leads to Pico de Piedra beach, branching off to Rincón and Aguada. Along this route, explore numerous oceanfront restaurants and bars. Don’t miss La Cruz de Colón, marking Columbus's disembarkation in 1493.

Aguada Pyramid: A hidden gem inspired by Mayan architecture.
Salto Atalaya: A beautiful waterfall with natural swimming pools.
Hacienda Jeanmarie Chocolate: A cacao farm offering weekend tours.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

Clean and safe
Simple decor (in a good way). Clean and felt safe. Nice little area with steps to the beach for a nice sunset if you don’t want to travel. Must have a car to travel to nearby towns and beaches. We went into Rincon for restaurants and the art walk. Aguada is off the beaten path and rincon has more to do and see. Would recommend and would do it again

Beautiful stay
This is a lovely property & I highly recommend it. Great area, close to all there is to do. I have two recommendations, one is that the outside hall lights are always on which definitely takes away from the nighttime enjoyment on the patio ( could you replace with motion lights so the patio is not extremely bright) The second suggestion is that the listing of area activities like restaurants and hiking areas needs to be updated, as several of them were permanently closed or the hike is listed as being on private property.

I’m a host myself and understand how important reviews are. Overall, we had a good stay, though a few minor issues could be improved for future guests.Cons:Strong cleaning fragrance throughout the unit.Living room and bedroom windows wouldn’t fully close, allowing bugs in; I contacted management but it wasn’t fixed during our stay.Beach umbrellas were broken or unusable.Shower design causes water to pool on the bathroom floor, with not enough towels to manage it.Bathroom mat was very dirty, floors felt slippery, and cookware is heavily scratched and due for replacement.One bedroom closet door wouldn’t open.Pool wasn’t clean upon arrival and looked better in photos.Pros:Beach chairs and cooler provided.Adequate household supplies stocked.Easy smart lock, fast-cooling AC, Netflix available.Beautiful ocean view (note: view may change if the empty lot in front is developed).Plenty of closet space.Management was responsive within 30–60 minutes.Overall:A good stay, though not perfect. With a few fixes and more detailed cleaning checks, this could be a great rental.

Quaint, cute low key condo across from beach!
We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. Our family loved the glass door that opens completely to the veranda looking out to ocean and every morning enjoyed coffee with the doors open. The place was great for for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool after a long beach day. The entire week was low key and peaceful, unfortunately the last night some guests arrived and were loudly hanging out at the pool right below our bedroom which woke us at midnight and kept us up for a couple hours. It was in a convenient location to find surf locations. 15 minutes to Rincon/Marias beach. Appreciative of coffee, large beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler! My only other thoughts are that there is no OVEN nor any mixing bowls—this is a bummer because we would have cooked more.
