The Space:

Apartment 3A is located at Aguada Ocean Club, which includes five additional apartments. If interested in booking more than one unit, please let us know.



Inspired by the architecture of the Greek Islands, the Aguada Ocean Club building features beautiful arched windows, whitewashed walls, and a signature Santorini blue exterior.



Aguada Ocean Club offers a shared outdoor area where guests can unwind with a refreshing swim in the pool or relax after a day of island exploration. The building is just steps from Table Rock Beach, a favorite among surfers. For those seeking calmer waters, swimmable beaches like Rompeolas Beach and Crash Boat Beach are only 20 minutes away in Aguadilla. Head south to Rincón, and you’ll find popular beaches such as Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Marías Beach, all just 25 minutes away.

SHARED POOL & OUTDOOR TERRACE: The pool and outdoor terrace are shared with five other units and are not private to this apartment.

LIVING AREA



Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a cozy living area adjacent to a stunning modern kitchen. The wide kitchen island with counter stools is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The space includes a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a ceiling fan, and a balcony.



IMPORTANT: The living and kitchen areas do not have air conditioning; only the bedrooms have A/C.





KITCHEN



The modern kitchen boasts eclectic finishes, a mosaic backsplash, and light wood cabinets with white quartz countertops. It’s stocked for all your cooking needs, featuring a fridge, microwave, toaster, stovetop, accessories, and a coffee maker (note: no oven).





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Apartment 3A offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstands with individual lamps, and closets for your belongings. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. A full-sized bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, is shared between the bedrooms.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





GETTING AROUND



A car is necessary to explore Aguada and its beaches. The Aguada Ocean Club building has six apartments, but only five parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are full, you can park across the street, ensuring not to block any vehicles.





LOCATION



Aguada shares a coastline with Aguadilla and RincĂłn, known for stunning beaches. Highlights include:



Balneario Pico de Piedra (Aguada): Ideal for swimming and family outings.



Table Rock Beach (Aguada): This one is located steps from the building but is more of a surfers' beach with waves for experienced surfers only.



Rompeolas and Crashboat Beach (Aguadilla): Offers some of the clearest water along the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, with gorgeous shades of turquoise. - 20 minutes away



Sandy and Maria’s Beach (Rincón): These are a favorite among the surfers, where several surfing instructors take visitors to learn to surf. You can rent surfing equipment on site. - 25 minutes away.



Domes Beach:(RincĂłn): Also known as Lighthouse Beach. Great surfing action all year, a popular spot to watch the sunset and for loungers wishing to enjoy the sound of the waves. - 25 minutes away.



The PR-115 road leads to Pico de Piedra beach, branching off to Rincón and Aguada. Along this route, explore numerous oceanfront restaurants and bars. Don’t miss La Cruz de Colón, marking Columbus's disembarkation in 1493.

Aguada Pyramid: A hidden gem inspired by Mayan architecture.



Salto Atalaya: A beautiful waterfall with natural swimming pools.



Hacienda Jeanmarie Chocolate: A cacao farm offering weekend tours.



Guaniquilla Coast: A family-friendly area with sculptures, restaurants, and stunning beaches.



Central Coloso: An abandoned sugar mill reflecting Puerto Rico's 19th-century sugar industry.

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

West Coast Serenity.

The place was great! It was nice & clean, Views of the sunsets and the water steps from the water, a short drive to the public beach and bars &restaurants. My only complaint was the hot tub was circulating but not heating. Not sure if it had a heater or just wasn't working or turned on at the time.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Aguada. The condo was very clean and relatively brand new. It was spacious for the two of us. We had an issue with a window and WiFi when we first arrived but the manager was quick to resolve the issues by the next day. The condo is on a quiet street with a dead end so no pass thru. We felt very safe there and also traveling around town. While the view from the balcony was pretty from a seated position, in reality, there was chainlink fence around the property in front of the place that did not give immediate access to the beach. We found ourselves driving to the beach or to places to eat in Rincon. The pool at the condo was very clean and barely used. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We ate at so many amazing places like the English Rose, Cafe 413, The Beach house, Casa Islena, and Capriccio Trattoria. There is a great local pizzeria called Lisapissa. The owners were super friendly. You won't be disappointed by the sunsets. Thanks for a great week!

BFF weekend

We had the most wonderful stay at “Santorini views”. Before we even arrived, I enjoyed helpful and positive communication with Rut, the property manager. This communication helped us check in with ease and was maintained through check-out. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket and a sparkling clean unit that was stocked with all essentials. In addition to the unit being ultra clean, it is also beautifully decorated that enhance the serene and beautiful views. Both the pool and the beach (across the street) were quiet and relatively private and we were able to enjoy longer with the benefit of a gracious late checkout. Overall, we had a perfect getaway in a magical and relaxing place! Thank you!

Great vacation stay

Close to restaurants, beach access, close Rincon and a little over a hour drive to La Parguera to do a bioluminescent bay experience. The rental that we stayed in, did not have central air in the living area, but AC worked perfect in the bedrooms. Not an issue for us since we were gone during the day for the majority of the time. Clean pool and beautiful ocean-scape view.

Winter getaway

The flat/apartment was very nice. It was clean, kitchen adequate utensils and cooking pans, nice patio. Good Wi-Fi. The beach is right across the street and we were the only ones there.
