The Apartment is located on a quiet residential road only 10 min walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza (see more info below) and only a short 10 min drive to beautiful sandy beaches including La Zenia. The apartment is part of a small development of similar properties set around a lovely communal pool with grassed sunbathing area. The property has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedroom) and bathroom with bath and shower over. The lounge and dining area opens onto a balcony which is great for relaxing. The property is fully furnished to a comfortable standard and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with mod cons and appliances including ceramic hob and microwave. The flatscreen TV receives via satellite the main english channels on freeview. Broadband Wi-Fi is installed offering free internet access throughout the apartment. There is a Bluetooth/USB/CD/Radio Music Player and a TV with DVD player in the twin bedroom, ideal if you want to keep the kids quiet!. The apartment has high ceilings to the bedrooms and lounge/diner giving a great feeling of space.

Winter sun

Pleasant 3 week stay in this cosy little apartment. Nice and quiet, 20 minute walk from Villamartin Plaza and 10 minutes from nearest bar, Captain Morgans. Would recommend a car to get around. About 15 minute drive to the coast. Nice sunny balcony (would benefit from some new patio furniture). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A very pleasant relaxing week. Apartment quiet, Pool very clean and pleasant. The use of a 'Cool bag' with freeze blocks would have been useful. Sky TV a bonus during World Cup and Wimbledon! Local Plaza offered excellent choice of restaurants. Good choice of beaches to visit - car hire necessary. Overall a very pleasant relaxing week with sunshine every day!!

Buenas vacaciones

El alojamiento está bien, tan solo que hemos pasado mucho calor, sobre todo por la tarde, ya que le da el sol al comedor desde las 11 a las 8 de la tarde, el apartamento bien para una familia de 4 personas. La zona tranquila, necesitas coche para moverte y para ir a la playa, porque está retirado. La nevera no enfriaba mucho (y hacía mucho hielo) al tener que subir la temperatura. Por lo general, todo muy bien. La persona que nos recibió (Any) muy atento y servicial. Y el propietario Chris también (aunque no hablasen bien el español, jejjeje...).

Great stay in Villa Martín

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, but a car is essential to get around & see other areas. Unfortunately we arrived in the aftermath of the Gota Fria (the worst in 100 years) so we watched the clean-up process in many of the places we visited, we applaud the Spanish in getting places up & running so quickly. Will come back one day.

Another lovely week at this apartment

We stayed at this apartment in June this year and have just returned from another week there. The apartment was clean and had everything provided for a very comfortable week. It's well located for local pubs and restaurants and a pleasant walk to the Plaza in Villamartin.

Can't wait to go back again!

The apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable holiday. The pool and grounds were very clean, tidy and well maintained. The apartment is well placed for local pubs, bars and shops. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza and bus stops to the beaches. Very highly recommended apartment. Very good communications from the owner. We've booked to go back in a couple of months and can't wait! :-)

Nice little apartment

The owner was great, we had trouble getting there as the cab didn’t know where we were going and dropped us off on the wrong resort but I called Chris and he was there on the other end of the phone, it was a bit of a walk to the centre but the apartment was clean and tidy and offered more than most in the way of extra little things, I have to say that the beds were very hard but we are used to a memory mattress but other than that we had a good experience

Clean comfortable accommodation.

We arrived late at night, this resulted in the a difficulty to find the property and getting into the key security box. Once we were settled we found the property clean and comfortable, all linen and towels were provided. Unfortunately when we arrived the following day was a holiday and basic provisions were difficult to obtain however there was water and some groceries in the apartment. Villamartin is a short 10 minute walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and consider going again.

Hemos estado en el apartamento durante este mes de Agosto y no podemos decir nada que no sea bueno. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado y la zona es ideal para estar con tus hijos. Además, Chris resuelve cualquier problema que puedas tener, por lo que solo podemos recomendar el apartamento.

The peace and relaxation of the area was perfect with entertainment a few minutes away.

We had a lovely holiday here and enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunshine and bird song. The pool is one of the best we have experienced on holiday as it was spotlessly clean, a good size and a perfect temperature. The apartment was just by the pool so easy to take a dip whenever you wanted. VillaMartin was a real plus too as the restaurants and evening entertainment was ideal. So nice to get a chance to dance after eating. We will definitely return to the area. Chris was great to deal with so all in all can't wait to return!
