Very nice house and ideal location

Loved staying in this beautifully renovated house near Tech! Walkable neighborhood and great place for a family to stay! Nice park nearby to walk your dog.

Wonderful home, very clean and well stocked with dishes, silverware and towels. Has everything needed for a great stay. Back yard and patio are wonderful as well.

Texas Tech Graduation weekend

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walked to graduation. House was great for the family. Great backyard for entertaining. Highly recommend this property. Book it early for Tech events.

Holiday Stay at Tech Terrace Cottage

This charming cottage has everything you need for a perfect comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds and linens are comfortable. The backyard is spacious and the covered back porch was a great place to hang out. Would stay at the property again next we’re in Lubbock.

This is a quaint home from the 1920's in Tech Terrace only two streets away from campus. It's a great location for visiting children attending Tech and we used it to host family for our daughter's graduation. The home has a large backyard with a pergola which is ideal for gatherings. The home is well appointed with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and features televisions in each room. While the kitchen refrigeration is small, there is another in the laundry room. Keep in mind that this is an older home, so the rooms are a bit smaller and the floors creak. There were a ton of light switches that took a while to figure out what each did. Overall, it's a great property for hosting friends and family for events at Texas Tech.

Wonderful Family Weekend

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend in Lubbock. We had four adults and two kids. The house was the perfect location for us to catch several Tech athletic events and a campus tour. The house was clean and well furnished.

Cozy Lubbock Home

This 3br, 2 bath home was perfect for our stay in Lubbock. Our grandson was graduating from Texas Tech and this home was less than a mile away from Tech. This 1950's home was renovated recently and was so charming and roomy. Loved all of the touches, colors, etc. It had a nice size covered patio with a fire pit and plenty of seating. We had 6 adults and 1 child and it was plenty big and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Place was wonderful, only concern is both main bedrooms are upstairs so if tight stairs are an issue look at another home.

Close to Texas Tech Campus

We had such a great stay at this house. We were coming to visit my niece at Texas Tech. It was a five minute drive from her dorm. The house is in a quiet and safe area. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed our evenings at the house! We brought our two dogs with us! Our dogs loved the backyard as did we! They smelled every inch of the backyard and ran all over. The owners took great care in having a clean backyard with very well taken care of grass. We appreciated having the outdoor space the most! We would recommend this house and would stay here again. Thank you for providing a great house to stay in and for allowing us to bring our dogs which are also family!

This house is a gem! This home is very comfortable, extremely clean (and I am picky!) and has enough space inside and out for hang time. I will definitely book again. Dianna is a wonderful host and very responsive. Thank you!

Storybook Cottage

Beautiful & cute home in Tech Terrace! The decor, overall home, and yard were delightful. Owner payed extra attention to every detail & it shows. Feels like you’re living in a cottage from a storybook! The property manager, Jason was excellent with all communication & checked on us periodically to make sure our stay was going well & home was as promised. One of the best property managers I have delt with after many years using VRBO. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Lubbock & will highly recommend this property!

This house is perfect!

I came in to Tech for a lab for my masters. I never thought I would enjoy myself so much. Walking in the front door is joyful. The home is gorgeous! It perfectly updated while maintaining the history of the home. After a challenging day I relaxed in a claw foot tub. Perfection. The next time I come in for class I’ll chose this home again.

Cute and quirky house!

This house is absolutely adorable! The fun retro-farmhouse decor is super cute and functional. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and the location could not have been better to attend my son's graduation from TxTech. It would be perfect for attending any event on campus! The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed and I was able to cook for my family just like I do at home. We even had some of my son's friends over and there was plenty of room for us all. The back yard was large and peaceful and great for grilling and relaxing in while our dog's sniffed around and wrestled in the grass. If I ever have a reason to go back to Lubbock, I will definitely stay in this house again!

Family Thanksgiving

The house is charming, comfortable and well decorated. My grandkids loved the “secret” rooms upstairs, the games, art table and magnet board. The pansies and pumpkins on the porch made it feel like home. We had a couple of issues but they didn’t ruin our stay. The first floor bedroom lacks privacy since the doors have paned glass. The oven is nice but doesn’t fit full size baking dishes which made preparing Thanksgiving dinner a bit of a challenge. The refrigerator is cute but small. Probably not an issue for most groups but we had a lot of food for the holiday. Overall it was a nice stay in a charming, quiet, older neighborhood.

No refund for unused cleaning fee.

My wife was rushed to the emergency room, and we could not make our Christmas trip. We were contacted by the property manager regarding the fact that we did not stay in the home. Although we were prepared to part with the cost of the rental itself, we were shocked that the homeowner refused to refund the unused cleaning fee despite knowing that we never checked into the home over the Christmas holiday. Get travel insurance with this homeowner as they will not even waive an unused cleaning fee.

Lived the location and the house. So nice for our family, inside and out. My granddaughters loved the small reading/game nook off of their bedroom.
