Situated in a quiet location only minutes' walk from the shopping and restaurant area of Cowes and North-facing bay beach, this home in the heart of Cowes is sure to impress!
At the front of the house you will find the master bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite and a ceiling fan will keep you comfortable in summer. This bedroom is perfectly situated away from the other bedrooms and just outside the bedroom is the second living area with Tv and dvd player which can be closed off from the rest of the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to cook for a family and the inclusion of a dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. There is also a microwave and electric cooking appliances. The main lounge area has a large tv and sound bar, the large corner couch makes this the perfect place for watching a movie. Free wifi is also included.
Off from the kitchen is the sunroom where you can enjoy your meals or relax and read a book!
The 2nd bedroom consists of a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed as well as a ceiling fan. The main bathroom includes a bath and the toilet is separate. The laundry is complete with washing machine for your convenience.
Relax out in the backyard whilst watching the kids play in the secure back yard. The garage/shed is not available for guest use but there is enough space for 2 cars or a boat to park under the carport as well as one in the driveway.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
