The Space:

From the moment you step into this one-of-a-kind villa, views of the Pacific can be seen from the front door. Relax in the living space drenched in natural sunlight with an expansive sofa and large flat screen TV. Listen to the crackling fireplace or the sound of the waves. Large glass doors open to the spacious beachfront deck, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor feel, with dolphin sightings almost daily!



Step down to the private beach access for your enjoyment. Plenty of space to lounge in the sun with your toes in the sand. An abundance of luxurious sun loungers and outdoor umbrellas for shade on the beach. Unlike most homes in Malibu. Enjoy kayaking, surfing, or fishing in the picturesque Pacific. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a wonderful beach day!



Watch the sunset or take in the night sky from the spacious outdoor deck with a perfect view of Point Dume. The indoor/outdoor sound system makes entertaining your friends or family easy. **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

While Malibu offers some absolutely stunning beaches, and one just outside your door, there are other activities available should you wish to see a different side of the area. For instance, you may either take a hike or a safari on the grounds of the Saddlerock Ranch Estate, with wine tasting at the end. Visit the impressive Getty Villa Museum or the Adamson House with its amazing views of the Malibu Pier. As for restaurants, the world famous Nobu Malibu is just down the PCH.



Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are not reliable in Malibu and not always available, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Malibu. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.
