Under New Privately Owned and privately managed, our Owners have completed a full soft furnishings upgrade. All interior furnishings have been replaced with new Artwork, SmartTV, beds, bedding, kitchenware and lounge furnishings.

This property has been upgraded with the discerning traveller in mind. You'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, with luxurious linen on the beds. Snuggle up in our 500gsm wool duvets, 1,000gsm luxury mattress toppers, and additional blankets and cushions for warmth.

Your convenience is paramount to us, which is why we offer a digital access option. A digital keypad on the front door enables hassle-free self-check-in, granting you the freedom to begin your holiday on your terms. Guests are requested to arrive before 9pm on the day of arrival to ensure we can offer assistance where required.

For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. Request prior to arrival for additional servicing, charges apply. At no additional cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.

This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.

Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season.

All reservations confirmed subject to the Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking. Our guests accept the booking has been made reading these policies, which extend to and include our policies also displayed on our company website.
