Welcome to our exquisite holiday home nestled in the heart of Queenstown!
This holiday home is strategically located just a short 5 minute walk along the water front to the center of Queenstown. You`ll have the convenience of easy access to all the town`s attractions, restaurants, and activities while enjoying the tranquility of a private retreat.
Welcome to our exquisite holiday home nestled in the heart of Queenstown! This inviting holiday home accommodates 4 guests, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay.

Your Queenstown adventure awaits! Secure your dates at our charming holiday home close to town and experience all that this incredible destination has to offer. We`re here to ensure your stay is comfortable, memorable, and filled with Queenstown`s unique charm.
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking. Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave. RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
