The Space:

Experience the charm and comfort of our inviting retreat, designed to be your perfect holiday haven. Newly built in May 2024, It is contemporary, spacious and boasts stunning lake views and prime proximity to downtown Queenstown.



This beautifully appointed property boasts three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, ideal for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the expansive open-plan living area. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets.



For your convenience, amenities include an iron and ironing board, as well as a dedicated laundry area, making longer stays a breeze. Stay connected with unlimited high-speed internet, perfect for both work and leisure. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide a warm, welcoming, and truly delightful stay. With Queenstown just a stone's throw away, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants and all of the fabulous activities.

King Size Ecosa Sofa Bed In The Living Room: Charged at $50/ night (Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. We will leave the linen at the house for you to make it up.)

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have full use of the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!



It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.



Getting Around:

Being so close to town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 700 m walk to the shops and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.



A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be at least 21 years old.
